INSTRUMENTS PRESSURE GAUGE Aqua Lung’s pressure gauge has an internal Bourdon pressure measuring mechanism, giving you clear information on the gas pressure of your cylinder. The gauge indicates the cylinder pressure and the dial range is from zero to 360 bar. The dial face is designed with clarity in mind. Uncluttered, with large black figures on a luminous background giving a long phosphorescent effect. This makes viewing as easy as possible, even in poor visibility conditions.

PRESSURE GAUGE CONSOLE The slim-line gauge case is made from nickel plated brass and is complemented by a specially designed housing to protect against accidental damage to the gauge and the HP hose fitting. The material used for the housing has been selected for impact resistance and also because of the high quality finish we can achieve enabling us to offer a luxurious and comfortable feel. There is also a large loop area designed into the housing for ease of attachment.

PRESSURE & COMPASS CONSOLE On the reverse of this combination, the Aqua Lung compass is perfect for diver navigation. This unique compass is designed for ease of reading and diver comfort. For example there are 2 viewing windows so the unit can be set up for left or right handed use, at an angle which is set as the natural extension of the arm. This means that divers do not have to twist their wrist into an unnatural shape to view compass readings.

MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Waist size in men is normally measured by placing the measuring tape around the waist, cresting the pelvic bone. This measurement is not accurate for BC fitting. The waist size in men should be measured at the height of the belly button just above the pelvic bone (Figure 1). Women’s waist size is always measured just above the pelvic bone (Figure 1). This same measurement applies for BC fitting. Over The Shoulder (OTS) measurement is taken by placing the measuring tape across either the right or left shoulder and reading the distance between the top of the waist line on the back to the top of the waist line in the front (Figure 2). Again, for this measurement in men the waistline is taken to be at the height of the belly button. When fitting the customer in his/ her respective waist size and OTS range, inquire what thickness of wetsuit the BC is most likely to be worn with. Calculate about a 2” allowance for the waist measurements for thick, cold water suits. 38

KNIVES ARGONAUT The Argonaut dive knives are designed to be one of our best and toughest knives. The butt, handle, hilt and blade are all fashioned out of one piece of 4mm thick titanium and coated in black EDP, sharpened and laser etched. The handle is wrapped, twice, in 5mm paracord and tied off with a 5” (12.7cm) leash. 2mm thick Kydex plastic is heated and thermoformed around the knife to make the sheath. 1/8” (3.2mm) grommets are inserted and the excess material is removed with a heat knife. FINS EXPRESS ADJUSTABLE The Express fin is now available in an open-heel version. The Express ADJ fin represents the latest in technology and material innovation. The Express fin works on the same principle as the popular Slingshot and Hotshot fins. The function of the Slingshot power bands has been converted into the Express “Armadillo”. This patented, elongated membrane is made from ultra-elastic rubber. Like power bands, it accumulates elastic energy during the down stroke and returns it at the end of each kick cycle.
