It has been an honour to serve as a Board Member of the Association and later as RVP for the Americas of APG Network, having developed the network from almost scratch to the implementation of offices all over the Americas. A total of 53 countries represented by following subregions: USA & CANADA; CENTRAL AMERICA & CARIBBEAN; SOUTH AMERICA (including Malvinas(Falklands), South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands). With presence in USA, Canada, Mexico, Haiti, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina. The Association and later the Network grew exponentially since I joined it, thanks to the Boards effort under the leadership of our President and previously JLB, eventhough we went through some rough storms, we have overcome them all thanks to the understanding of all members and particularly to Sandrine de Saint-Sauver, the “alma mater� of our new baby..........APG Airlines. It is my intention to try to continue helping the grow of the Network with my reelection as a Board Member, and thanking you in advance for all your support.

R.C. Roca acted as a Representative and attorney, he obtained the pertinent permissions from the Argentina Government for operations
UNITED AIRLINES
GSA for over 25 years and when UA started operations was incharged of the start up into Argentina and Uruguay
AIR NEW ZEALAND
Acted as Director for Latin America and the Caribbean of NZ, opened GSA´s offices in BDA-BOG-CCS-LIM-MEX-MVD-NAS-PTY-SAO-SCL and responsible for all Marketing & Sales activities in the area. Was responsible for the first codeshare in Latin America, with LAN through PPT for the route SCL-PPT-AKL
