Worldwide leading pharmaceutical company based in France, specialized in R&D, production and sale of innovative pharmaceuticals solutions, is seeking a:
MEDICAL WRITER Phase IV M/F Permanent position Within the Phase IV department, under the Phase IV Unit Manager’s responsibility, you will ensure the writing of reports of clinical studies, publications and other medical document in accordance with regulations. Your main missions: Redaction and publication of documents: • Contribute to the update of the Corporate Publication Plan and the Corporate Poster Plan for national and international meetings; • Prepare, review, edit and submit manuscripts for publication, Clinical Study Reports (CSR) and other department documents; • Maintain a library of documents matching products & disease; • Coordinate the layout and printing of posters; • Assist in the development and change in official clinical documents (CSR, protocol) Administration / Organization: • Prepare posters for presentation at national and international dermatology meetings and events; • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, slides, text for meetings; • Update management with milestones, projections and costs for current and future activities; • Participate in Tasks Force reviewing ongoing processes (SOPs, working instructions…). Interface between the different actors: • Communicate with editors/authors/internal team on comments and progress; • Ensure good relations with investigators within the Dermatology field; • Manage collaboration with internal and external partners (Clinical, Strategic and Local Marketing, external vendors, etc…). You hold a PhD in a life science, PharmD, MA/MS, BPharm, BA/BS required MA/MS, BPharm, BA/BS. You have at least three years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or CRO and a medical writing/scientific publishing experience in clinical development. With experience abroad, you have a current professional level in English. French is a plus. Finally, you have a good comprehension of standard IT office applications. Team player, you are also very organized and autonomous. Fluent English. Position based in the South of France The next step is yours.
