Description de l'emploi As an intern Business Analyst in Healthcare, you will work closely in organisational and process enhancement of Healthcare Sector in France. Working with a major Pharmaceutical group and leading Hospitals, you will be involved in fields such as Patient Care and Clinical Research. Indeed in a changing technological, demographic and legal environment Hospitals are confronted to new sets of issues, and you will support the design and implementation of innovative solutions to optimize patient care and medical progress. From Strategic aspects to improved management processes, the team you will be part of is aiming to solve the Core Challenges of French Hospitals. The Intern works closely with Project Leaders and Partners to deliver quick time-to-market solutions with optimal resources. He is primary responsible for understanding the client's strategic issues, performing analysis to provide powerful insights and actionable solutions. He will benefit from wide-ranging opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and experience a variety of strategic business consulting engagements. At 3HPartners, interns have opportunities for development and advancement, frequently not available at other consulting and technology firms: • Structuring innovative concepts and help to drive efficient solutions to customer issues • Presenting at team and client meetings, and determining the most practical way to drive lasting results based on your insights working with senior executives • Having frequent interaction between Consultants and senior professionals both within 3H Partners, and within the client’s organization.
Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Education: Management or Engineering Masters Degree Experience: 0-1 year experience in relevant fields Language: French Native Speaker and fluent in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required; Attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work effectively with cross functional teams Excellent communication skills are all essential to this position Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software is a nice to have.
