Therefore, to maintain the culture of chili in the family is difficult to find. The best way to write a book is to memorize the brain. The note is forward thinking next generation. สมุดจดบันทึกนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่มรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมการกินที่เก่าแก่ของคนไทยและเป็นวัฒนธรรมของมนุษยชาติจึงสมควรให้มีการเผยแพร่ประโยชน์และคุณค่าของน้ำพริก ทุกวันนี้คนที่ตำน้ำพริกกินเองน้อยลงไปทุกทีแล้ว เพราะฉะนั้นการที่จะรักษาวัฒนธรรมเรื่องน้ำพริกเอาไว้ในครอบครัวก็เห็นจะยากเข้าทุกที ทางดีที่สุดก็ต้องเขียนไว้เป็นหนังสือแทนที่จะจดจำด้วยสมอง เพราะการจดบันทึกคือการส่งต่อความคิดสู้คนรุ่นต่อไป
