SandyBarwickisasomewhatunsungheroinourseaside communityatMarsdenCove.Sandyinspiresmanywithher numerousrecordsinultra-marathonrunning.Oneofher mostnotableaccomplishmentsistheSriChinmoy1300mileraceinNewYork,whomSandywasthefirstwoman tocompletethisgruellingrace,finishingin17daysand22 hoursandbreakingeightworldrecordsintheprocess.
