Invest in Preston Preston Tithebarn Scheme Preston’s flagship regeneration project will chance Preston’s status as a destination. In line with Preston City Council’s master plan for the Tithebarn area of the city, proposals are for an exciting development which will provide Preston with an inspirational mix of new retailers, leisure facilities, homes whilst creating several thousand new jobs. Set to open in 2018, this will without doubt have an extremely positive impact on Preston, its residents, the local economy and the surrounding areas.
