A bou t T he Pro ject YELAHANKA RESIDENCE Yelahanka Residence is a rennovation project. It is a sixteen years old beautiful villa with traditional interior design. The scope of work for this project is to trasform 2 existing walkin and bathrooms, and 1 bedroom into one single master bedroom, master walk-in and master bathroom, without changing the architectural outllook. The client wanted to break the traditional theme of the house for a change. The design intent of the house is very transitional. It revolves around retaining old marble flooring and traditional door and window frames; and bringing in some new western transitional design elements. The house has very spacious rooms and open areas which are getting tarsfoemed into family room, home theater and worhsip area respectvely.

MERCHANT RESIDENCE Merchant Residence Is a beautiful apartment in JP Nagar. The BHK house is deigned for a senior couple where they could spend thier retired life is luxury and comfort. The design of the whole space involves carefully curated design elements and materials. They old couple has some of thier old furniture pieces which they wanted to retain, whereas there were a few completely new furniture to be custom made. The design intent of the furniture was thought through carefully and was given to Aanai Studio for curation. There is a good material play inisde the house. From stunning solid teak wood to the slate wall; rattan to silk fabic; light to handles and knobs, everything is hand picked.
