THIS EXPERIENCE CHANGES LIVES, ASK ALEIA
Being an EPICWOMAN means standing in the fullness of all that I am Also, bringing other women along with me and radiating in a community of people that can alchemically magnify and increase my gifts.
That's what it means to be an EPICWOMAN. The best part of the EPICWOMAN conference for me was that I walked in here thinking I was going to get some tips to work on my side hustle. And then I stepped into the fullness of who I am; I stepped into the fullness of what my business is
And now I'm walking out being a part of the mastermind and knowing that this is not something that's just a part time passion, but that this will be my full time business and life.
Aleia McDaniel

THIS EXPERIENCE CHANGES LIVES, ASK RHONDA
I am extremely excited to be here.
At this age (60+) and stage of my life being an EPICWOMAN means just being here at this function. It has been amazing. You always think that you've gotten too old to be doing something
But when you’re around all of these positive women and all of the things that they are talking about and doing and showing you how you can still do it; it's not too late.
I'm just so, so excited that I took the opportunity to be here and I'm looking forward to more. Every day it's been absolutely fabulous.

EPICWOMAN SUCCESS HIGHLIGHT
Spring Jackson Member since 2019 CEO Collective for Women Mastermind
Spring Jackson purchased Kingdom Kids Childcare while it was failing; it was in debt and the previous owner didn't want the business anymore, but Spring had an idea and a dream of opening up a childcare center that was flourishing and profitable As you can imagine starting at negative zero in your business has its challenges. It's one thing to start a business that has no revenue, which is every business It's another thing to buy a business on purpose that is in the red So over the years we’ve worked with Spring inside the collective.
During her first year in the CEO Collective Mastermind, Spring stopped; she got overwhelmed for a little bit and was MIA After a couple of months she decided to lean back in and got focused. She gave herself the space she needed and we were there for her when she was ready to jump right back in
Spring is moving into year four now. Her business is out of debt, she's generating multiple six figures, and she's now opening up a consulting arm to her brand to help other childcare facility owners. She has turned that business around!
Last year she generated $309,000 in revenue in that childcare facility. Her personal expansion has been a catalyst for the expansion of her business into consulting and coaching other facility owners like herself. Because of Spring’s commitment and investment in her own growth, she can help others get more organized, operate with integrity, and grow their childcare facilities without pulling their hair out
