You should know, nothing we're curating for you is meant to exhaust you - you should not need a “vacation” from this experience, if that happens, just come back in 2023 and try again sis!

The purpose of this guide is to support you in having a great experience before, during and after your EPICWOMAN experience. So this guide is your EPICWOMAN Event-Member Guide to know all the things you need to know.

Rodara Nelloms, COO and co owner of Women Recharged, LLC describes herself as a “recovering perfectionist” and “professional nag” In striving to always offer the best of herself, she has learned over the years that success does not equate to sacrificing her emotional and mental well being.

Kailin Doucette holds BA's in Psychology, Performing Arts Dance, and Performing Arts Music from California State University: Channel Islands She enjoys a work environment where she can thrive as a creative and work as part of a team to make a positive impact in people’s lives Throughout the years, she has played many roles as a professional including but not limited to: Administrative Assistant, Event Coordinator, Registered Behavioral Therapist, Organization Specialist, and now Marketing Coordinator.

Kailin heads EPICWOMAN's marketing efforts on social media channels, CRM tools, and paid advertisements while strategizing campaigns for future launches Persistently, she finds that her proudest accomplishments are the lives that she's touched through her work, and is ecstatic to continue this personal mission as a part of the EPICWOMAN Team

Melissa T Hinton is the Online Business Manager (OBM) at Aprille + Co She has over 25 years of experience in the executive administrative arena ranging from the military, medical, university, restaurant, trucking, business coaching and many other industries As a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, she understands transitioning and community service. Her reputation of dedication, commitment, service, and integrity precedes and follows her presence and work ethic It is her nature to help others and in alignment with that natural instinct her superpower is realization She uses her education and experiences to help business coaches and other entrepreneurs fulfill their goals in business and life Melissa is a proud mother of three sons During her free time, she enjoys music, dance, plays, and movies She is also a foodie who loves arts and travel

Maya Franks, is Member Services Coordinator for Build & Launch University (BLU) and acts as the primary support for our online audience, customers and clients

Maya was recruited from Rakuten, a trillion dollar ecommerce and online retailer based in Japan where she supported multi million dollar brands with their client accounts. Maya is also a Air Force Veteran.

Mayas passions include being a mom to Ava, Autism Awareness and studies in Psychology and Humanities

Everything about this event has been specially curated to give you the most life changing time of your life We have worked hard to make sure that this event is going to touch on all the entrepreneurial pieces: business, mindset and lifestyle Get your whole life together in Mexico!

If you've attended a live event with me before then you know exactly what to expect from EPICWOMAN! This retreat will include two days of EPIC content and even a day to relax and enjoy some of the beautiful activities Mexico has to offer us I am so excited and invigorated for EPICWOMAN Mexico and I am manifesting a Rona free environment this time!

Spring Jackson Member since 2019 CEO Collective for Women Mastermind

Spring Jackson purchased Kingdom Kids Childcare while it was failing; it was in debt and the previous owner didn't want the business anymore, but Spring had an idea and a dream of opening up a childcare center that was flourishing and profitable As you can imagine starting at negative zero in your business has its challenges. It's one thing to start a business that has no revenue, which is every business It's another thing to buy a business on purpose that is in the red So over the years we’ve worked with Spring inside the collective.

During her first year in the CEO Collective Mastermind, Spring stopped; she got overwhelmed for a little bit and was MIA After a couple of months she decided to lean back in and got focused. She gave herself the space she needed and we were there for her when she was ready to jump right back in

COVID precautions entering Mexico

Per the CDC, you are not required to have a COVID test to enter Mexico Well, that has nothing to do with us my team and I have a responsibility to you and the other women, Ambassadors and Speakers to do whatever we can to mitigate risk.

**We will require a COVID Negative test 72 hours before your travel day **

You will need a screenshot of your negative results when you check in for the event Visit or click here to upload your results when it’s time. Home tests are accepted.

While most airlines and airports do not require a mask at the time this guide was created, the Cancun airport and the common areas in the resort do.

FLIGHTS AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION (AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE)

You’ll fly into Cancun, Mexico. It’s approx. a 45 minute ride from the Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen You are responsible for setting up your own travel accommodations from the airport to the hotel.

Ground Transportation:

Hilton offers airport shuttle services to and from the resort at additional cost, departing from 7:00am to 9:00pm Please contact resort to schedule prior to arrival For your return flight, we recommend departing the resort 3 hours prior to your scheduled flight

TOURIST SAFETY

You are welcomed to wear a mask inside the event space, the social distance mandate in Mexico is off We will supply masks

Be smart. Don’t carry a lot of cash, Aprille prefers to carry USD over pesos, do what’s best for you There are ATMs in the resort for tipping or shopping You know she never says tone down, but this is an exception. Don’t draw the wrong attention to yourself by being overly flashy outside the resort

Warning: do not ingest the tap water in Mexico Use bottled water when brushing your teeth, and be careful not to let water in your mouth while showering.

We invite all sponsors, speakers, attendees, media, exhibitors and other participants to help us realize a safe and positive conference experience for everyone. All determinations of appropriate or inappropriate behavior are in Women

Recharged, LLC’s sole discretion and the decision(s) of the WR representatives on site will be final

2. EXPECTED BEHAVIOR (VIRTUAL AND INPERSON)

Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior, materials and speech.

Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants Alert conference organizers if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress. Be mindful and considerate of other conferences and their attendees that may be utilizing nearby spaces.

ATTENDEE GUIDE

Refrain from taking food or beverages in shared conference spaces that have not been designated for Women Recharged attendees

Refrain from selling any products that have not been approved by the Women Recharged staff If you have not been selected as a vendor for this event by Women Recharged, any product sales to attendees are strictly prohibited Refrain from requesting special menu items directly from banquet staff when food has been provided by Women Recharged as a perk of being a conference participant. If you require something different based on dietary restrictions, reach out to our event manager to see if she can resolve this for you If not please feel free to purchase what you need from the venue's restaurant at your expense.

3. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

Unacceptable behaviors & materials include intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning materials or conduct by any attendees of the event and related event activities Many event venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations. Harassment includes: offensive comments (verbal, written, or otherwise) related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing materials, photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events (whether verbal or otherwise); inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

ATTENDEE GUIDE

Physical, written, verbal or other abuse, intimidation, threats, annoyance, harassment, stalking, pushing, shoving or use of any physical force whatsoever against any person, which in any way creates a disturbance that is disruptive or dangerous, or creates apprehension in a person, as determined by Women Recharged and its show management, in their sole discretion

Possession of any item that can be used as a weapon, which may cause danger to others if used in a certain manner

Any boisterous, lewd or offensive behavior or language, including but not limited to using racial, religious or ethnic slurs, Possessing any open can, bottle or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverages, except in areas specifically designated for the consumption of alcohol Please drink responsibly

Possessing any illegal substance, including but not limited to narcotics, marijuana, or other illegal drugs Women Recharged does not tolerate the use or abuse of illegal substances anywhere in the event space. Smoking other than in designated areas

Assembling for the purpose of, or resulting in, disturbing the peace, or committing any unlawful act or engaging in any offensive behavior Failure to obey any rules or regulations of the Venue.

4. CONSEQUENCES OF UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated whether by other attendees, media, speakers, volunteers, organizers, venue staff, sponsors, or exhibitors. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the conference without warning or refund.

5. WHAT TO DO IF YOU WITNESS OR ARE SUBJECTED TO UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

If you are subjected to unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subjected to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a conference organizer as soon as possible All reports will remain completely confidential.

Event Staff will be available to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, to provide escorts, or to otherwise assist those experiencing unacceptable behavior to feel safe for the duration of the conference You can report unacceptable behavior to any member of staff.

We expect all conference participants (staff, sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, and other guests) to abide by this code of conduct at all conference venues and conference related social events

BADGE POLICY:

All Conference sessions require a badge to attend Please bring your badge each day to the conference as it not only admits you into conference sessions, but also designates the sessions and areas you are permitted to enter

SOLICITATION:

Unauthorized solicitations of products are strictly prohibited Please report any such occurrence to event management immediately.

MASTERMIND LOUNGE:

The Mastermind lounge is to be used only by members of the CEO Collective for Women. This includes, but is not limited to, sitting in the lounge and partaking of food and beverages that have been designated specifically for members of the CEO Collective This is a perk for our Mastermind members If it is discovered that you are inside of the lounge and are not a member of the CEO Collective, you will be asked to leave

INTERNATIONAL LAWS:

When we are traveling abroad, please be mindful of all policies and laws of our host country/city It’s imperative that you review all immigration policies during your stay and adhere to the policies given to you by that country’s immigration staff upon arrival

EXCURSIONS:

If you choose to purchase an excursion while attending a Women Recharged event, Women Recharged is freed from any liability that may arise from that purchase All payments and agreements are between you and that company.

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

EPICWOMAN, is not liable for any changes in the plan of events or cancelations of services in the event of any uncontrollable act of God, labor disturbance, sabotage, failure of suppliers of materials, act of the public enemy, war, invasion, insurrection, riot, fire, storm, flood, ice, earthquake, explosion, epidemic, breakage or accident to machinery or equipment or any other cause or causes beyond the Party’s reasonable control As agreed when you purchased your ticket, all ticket types are non refundable If an uncontrollable event occurs and can not be remedied, participants will receive a credit for the original ticket amount paid, that can be applied to the next EPICWOMAN in person or virtual event. You may also use the credit toward coaching fees.

ADA STATEMENT

EPICWOMAN does not discriminate on the basis of disability in its programs, services, activities and employment practices.
