In 2009, she returned to Spain to take the University Expert course in Virgin Olive Oil tasting at the University of Jaén. Since 2010 she has worked at CITOLIVA, currently as head of the Cooking lab and Elaiotecnia area and deputy head of the tasting panel, focusing her research on the production, characterization and quality of olive oils, as well as on improving the lipid profile of foods through substitution of saturated fats and trans fats per olive oil. She has participated in numerous national and European projects.
María José Llopis Zaragoza, Spain (1990) Architect who stands out in the study and work of the city at different levels: urban planning, management and inclusion of new technologies Graduated in Architecture Studies from the University of Zaragoza and Master in Architecture with mention in urban planning. She arrives at Innovasur in 2020 where she coordinates the project team and carries out Smart City consulting work with which the challenge of the digital transformation of municipalities is addressed. In this way, working in the city allows it to be made more efficient and sustainable. This not only affects the improvement of the environment, but also allows the achievement of a greater objective: the improvement of our day to day life and our happiness. With this Smart City project, smart cities are created that detect the needs of their citizens, in order to react to these demands by transforming their interactions with public service systems and elements.

During her time at the University she has participated in “Get to Know Your University” conferences where she experiments related to the IoT sector were exposed for visits from institutes. In addition, she has been awarded a scholarship by Telefónica's Taletum program to carry out a technological project related to the telematics sector.
Cristina de la Torre Villaverde Sevilla, Spain (1997) She develops a final degree project in which a program is implemented to predict the growth of tumors, and thus be able to establish a treatment against this disease at an earlier stage She studied the Double Degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics at the University of Granada, spending a year at the University of Lodz. She is currently developing a final degree project to implement a program with which to predict the growth of tumors according to their characteristics, and thus be able to establish a treatment that stops the development of the disease at an earlier stage of cancer. In 2019, she began in the world of work at FISOTEC, carrying out her first developments professionally, specializing in software development. In 2021, she joined Innovasur in the cybersecurity department, later moving to the development department, where she is in charge of developing different software solutions that are later incorporated into its SmartCity platform that helps different municipalities to make them more autonomous and accessible.
