Mª Carmen Galera Vélez Rubio, Almería, Spain (1969) Development and consolidation at the strategic level of the technology centre and the agro-industrial cluster Degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Malaga. She has been Manager of the GDR los Vélez for 5 years. General Manager of Centro Tecnológico Tecnova since 2001 and Director of ITECA, S.L. since 2017. In her professional career, she has extensive experience in management, transfer and innovation in the agro-industrial sector. It is worth mentioning her career in the coordination and execution of applied research projects since 2001, looking for results at a technical, economic and market level. She has actively participated in the implementation, development and consolidation at a strategic level of the technology centre and the agro-industrial cluster. She collaborates as an associate professor at the University of Almeria, in the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences, within the area of Business Organization.

Elisa Rojas Adra, Almería, Spain (1976) Pioneer in the cultivation and processing of microalgae for the development of bio-stimulant products for agriculture MSc of Chemistry from the University of Almería. Her professional career began focused on microalgae biotechnology, studying both cultivation of microalgae and developing indoor production systems. She stands out for her work as world pioneer in the development of biocatalytic processes for the industrial production of microalgae-based biostimulants and biofertilisers for agriculture, and circular bioeconomy approaches for the recovery of nutrients in microalgae production and their valorization into products for agriculture. Nowadays, she is technical director at BIORIZON BIOTECH, where as a researcher she has participated in 7 funded projects, both national and European, leading four of them as principal investigator.

Mª Elena Hernández Almería, Spain (1976) Manager and Technical Director of Laboratorio Analítico Bioclínico, first company installed at PITA Doctor of Chemistry, University of Almería (2003). She has published several scientific articles on pesticide residues and quality aspects in analytical results. In 2006 she joined LAB, a spin-off created at the initiative of researchers from the Universities of Almería and Granada, combining the technical direction and management of the laboratory for 11 years. The work field of LAB is mainly focused on the development and application of analytical methods for quality control and food safety, environmental and industrial hygiene. Since 2014, LAB belongs to the Tentamus Group, an important network of laboratories operating internationally. In 2017, she carried out an Executive Management Programme (Tentamus Academy) in Portland, Shanghai and Berlin, which allowed it to expand its knowledge of Project Management, Lean Management, Strategy and International Business, among others. Currently, in addition to being the Technical Director, she is the Vice-Manager of LAB.

Alexandra Sánchez Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Islas Canarias, Spain (1995) She stands out for his experience as a Junior Developer in the development of mobile applications in the Agricultural sector to achieve the digital transformation Superior Technician in Network Computer Systems Administration at CIFP César Manrique. Training course as a FullStack Developer from the School of Industrial Organization (EOI). Scholar at the Institute of Renewable Energies (ITER). Specialized in the development of Agile projects and in the use of web analytics tools (Google Analytics). Experience in developing various IT projects in different sectors, nationally and internationally. She has participated in the Innobonos project in collaboration with the Cabildo and the Tenerife Chamber of Commerce, helping SMEs in the process to carry out their Digital Transformation. Currently she participates in projects responsible for Digitization in the Agri-food sector with the purpose of helping to make and execute better decisions by providing data and intelligence.
