In addition to the resort rental program, Aqua-Aston leases and operates key areas of the Maui Banyan property including the front desk/lobby area, administration offices, housekeeping spaces, and other important areas that promote and support the effective operation of the resort rental program. Aqua-Aston also collaborates with the Rental Advisory Committee (“RAC”) comprised of three elected unit owners who participate in the Aston resort rental program on rental policies and other best practices to ensure the resort rental program addresses the concerns of all participants in the resort rental program. Our property-based management and guest services teams are available 24/7 to service owners and guests alike. Unlike other limited-service rental programs, our onsite teams can provide an immediate response to any situation whether it be a housekeeping or maintenance issue or just a question. We also offer bulk purchasing discounts to owners for furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
Our onsite approach offers far more to owners than any offsite rental operator in addition to maximizing owner returns. It’s no wonder we are the preferred operator of many of the property’s 256 units – more than any other operator, and the number is growing.

In 2008, we invested our savings by purchasing our first condo at Maui Banyan. We knew we could trust our interests by joining the Aston rental program. As owners, we trust AquaAston as our caretaker so much that we purchased our second condo in 2014. We joined the Aston rental program when we purchased our first condo about 20 years ago. When we bought a second condo ten years later, we were delighted to have Aqua-Aston also look after that. We have been completely satisfied with all aspects of the rental program. Because we live thousands of kilometers away, it is comforting to have confidence that your condos are being well cared for and checked daily. Aqua-Aston has highly competent staff onsite to deal with maintenance and repairs. The General Manager, Front Desk, Maintenance, and Housekeeping staff is excellent and invariably greet you with a smile and an Aloha.
We bought our unit at the Maui Banyan in 2011 and have been part of the Aston rental program ever since. We have come to know the Aston staff very well. They treat us as Ohana. We miss them when we are not there, and it is a pleasure to feel their Aloha Spirit when we return. The Aston team is aware of the condition of our unit at all times, which they maintain in a spic-and-span condition, and any concerns we have are dealt with promptly. We know guests also feel the Aloha Spirit from the staff. Perhaps the best indicator of guest satisfaction with Aston are the overwhelmingly positive comments left in our Guest Book. They praise the quality, cleanliness, condition, and appointments of the unit, the appearance and maintenance of the grounds and facilities, and the friendly staff.
