Solutions Through Swimming & broadening appeal


1.Health Swimming is one of the highest calorie burning exercises at around 400 calories per 30mins. It is an all over body toning exercise.


2. Ageing Population Swimming is the best exercise for the aging population because of it’s low impact nature on the body and joints.
