Roundtable with Belgian ambassador to Egypt

On 17 August 2022, the Arab-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (ABLCC) had the pleasure to arrange a face-to-face meeting with HE Francois Cornet d'Elzius, Ambassador of Belgium to Egypt and Sudan, and a select committee from among its partners and sponsors.

This meeting has provided a forum to exchange freely with Ambassador Cornet d'Elzius, to identify and discuss the challenges faced, and, above all, to share their business objectives in Egypt and present the views of the Belgian business community.

Needless to say that thanks to its geographical location, Egypt remains a center for regional trade. Beyond bilateral relations that go back more than a century, Belgium and Egypt have a strong economic partnership as Egypt is considered has Belgium's second largest economic partner in the Arab world.
