In this issue featuring the U.S. National Sport Horse Championships, where 33 dressage classes were offered, drawing 502 entries, we wondered when Arabians competed in dressage at Nationals for the first time. It was at the 1983 U.S. Nationals in Albuquerque, and Arabian Horse World covered it, as we have ever since. Arabians in dressage have come a long way.
