TOP 10
BREEDERS OF 2018 NATIONAL WINNERS
We present the 2018 Top Ten Leading Breeders of National Winners. Arabian Horse World has conducted this research for 19 years, because we believe that the results can tell us a lot about where the breed is going… and where it’s been. Once again, Maroon Fire Arabians tops the breeders of National Champions list at #1, with Marty Shea moving up to #3. The affiliation of Maroon Fire Arabians and Tim and Marty Shea has dominated the lists of breeders of the performance divisions for many years. The reign began with the sons and daughters of Afire Bey V (Huckleberry Bey x Autumn Fire by *Bask), followed by representatives of the next step of breeding IXL Noble Express (MHR Nobility x RY Fire Ghazi by *El Ghazi) to Afire Bey V daughters. In 2018, Inception (IXL Noble Express x Bonita Afire by Afire Bey V) was the 2018 U.S. National Champion English Pleasure Junior Horse. His first foals arrived in 2018, and show the promise of continuing the legacy.
