Modular buildings can be added to or reduced in size by adding or removing certain components. This can be done without altering larger portions of the project. Modular buildings can also undergo changes in functionality which makes it easier to undergo functions or spaces changes.

It also contributes to better efficiency which boils down to cost saving.

The aim is to attract local users & make it one of the generators in AL-Meddinah Al-Mnwra, to set it as one of the destinations in the area.
