The project is about a welness and SPA Retreat. The structure is divided into 2 main buildings, with a southern east - Thai feeling: the smaller one with a main Reception Hall and a treatment area. The second one, bigger, hosts 12 rooms, with 6 Standard, 4 Superior and 2 Suites. Everything is structured between a quiet creek and a green forest and a central courtyard distributes the room access and circulation.

A boutique hotel in Siichuan integrates and relates costantly the interiors with the exteriors, according to the traditions of the region and the pleasant weather. The architectural complex is distributed around a serie of courtyard, which according to the level of privacy, change their shapes, contents and dimension. The main spaces host the reception, an exhibition hall, a cafe bar and a restaurant. The other 6 buildings around the swimming pool provide privacy and luxury feeling to the rooms.

A new Commercial area downtown required additional spaces to provide Restaurant, bar and cafe to serve the visitors. Since the plot are was quite narrow and long, the modular, pre-fab solution provided by the usage of containers gave a chanse to develop high quality spaces together with an optimization of the spaces. The lighting design combined to geometrical pattern cuts into the metal covers define a new landmark for the whole city.

The project is part of a bigger project of neighbourhood renovation. The revitalization of Hongkou District starts from the renovation of the facade of the Jews Museum. First a wall consolidation and a general removal of unnecessary overlay has ben required. Then an accurate choice of lighting elements and features enphatize the classical shape of the historical building, without interfearing with the interiors, and its users.

The first Entertainment Food Theme Park of whole Asia is growing in the south of Shanghai in an area which old warehouses hosted for many decades rice, wheat and corn coming from the countryside. It is based on the idea of the food as a linking element between the Chinese and Western culture. A space in which food is the protagonist, not only in the different restaurants kitchens but, also in parades, representations, art expositions, schools and congress.

The villa takes inspiration from the traditional Chinese Garden, in which different spaces and pavillons are perfectly merged and integrated with nature. So the concept of Chinese spaces in Western boxes. Seven volumes surround a central space, double height, in which the water gushing from a waterfountain, flows and pours in a waterfall filling the indoor swimming pool, located in the basement floor.

Like two fishes that swim free in the water, one close to the other, the spaces are generated by two curved symmetrical volumes, divided by a third, transparent one. This one divides the guest from the staff area, the living from the dining areas, by glass walls that let the eye free on the main sunken garden. The villa is divided in 3 floors: at the ground floor are located all the day areas, on the firs floor two master bedroom and all the social areas are located at the basement.

The concept which generates the private villa is based on the idea of giving as much natural light as possible to every room of the house, located in a long and narrow plot. The ground floor hosts the main entrance and social area, with hallway, study room and library. The guest room is located in the northern side, the service entrance, chinese and western kithcen with breakfast room are in the West side, while two more kids bedrooms find their location on the east side. Livingoom and Master bedroom face directly on the South side on the main garden.

One of the basic concepts that support this project is the necessity to create a space that is not only made to satisfied patient’s earthly health but it’s a medium between life and God’s light. Hospitals should be read as places in which human beings celebrates life and soul’s connection. This connection is well summarized by air corridors that linked the numerous buildings up to 200 meters. The idea to emphasize the human side of Hospital facility take advantage of glass facades and a very slender structure.

The sports complex starts from the concept of “Tao� in which two complementary shapes faces themselves like in a mirror. Similar from some point of view but, completely different at the same time. Smooth, darker and taller the one for the volleyball-basketball arena, shorter, sharp and opaque the one for the swimming center. All around the building, separated by open air pools and water features, are distributed the football fields and tennis courts . The shopping center, with foods court and luxury brand shops rises on the other side of the block , facing the same glass-like water.

The project consists in the renewal of the facade and Interior Design of a 80 Rooms Hotel in Foshan. The main inspiration comes from the ceramic and pottery, typical of that region, from the cultural references of the City Temple and from the tropical enviroinment. Every floor present a balcony, ceramic tiles covered, which hosts tropical plants on its top and LED stripe lights on its bottom. Every Room, as well as evey corridor of the Hotel, are like showrooms of the ceramic art and techniques of the region. A club, an open air bar and a swimming pool occupy the rooftop building.

The boutique hotel is located right on the side of a lake in che countryside around Hangzhou. It’s made of two long parallel structures, linked by a glazen roof distributional spaces. The hotel provides 28 standard rooms, 25 superiors, and 20 mini apartments., which faces in the surrounding lake and forest, meanwhile the central areas host the wellness facilities and a central courtyard. Everything starts from the idea of a POP ART boutique hotel, in which, all the spaces, the lobby, the rooms, the restaurant and the SPA are fully decorated with colorful sculpures, graphics and paintings.

The project is based on the renewal of the popular neighbourhood of Colon, thanks to a new urban masterplan, by the conception of new social housing, temporary houses to saturate the empty spaces and new green areas. A long and deep analysis on the urban texture and on the buildings conditions revealed the suitable spaces for the intervent of demolition and reconstruction and also the way of restauration of the remaining blocks. The apartements, of different dimen sion, with a balcony distribution and internal patio, have double sided view, passages at the ground floor and solar panels.
