The conceptual design of the building not only aims to provide a transitional resting space for pedestrians and people who use bicycles and other electronic modes of transport, but also to foster an environment where people of different interests can come together and share ideas and skills with one another. This is in hopes that the building will become a space where lasting bonds and communities are forged, eventually contributing to the betterment of the Singapore's socio-economic status.
