Unparalleled paradigm was heavily influenced by Neito Soberjano’s architecture and the fashion designer’s work who was the client.
The design thus aims to find co-relation between fashion and architecture, through using lines and geometries to form dynamic spaces for flexible use and to promote spatial openness by incorporating large spaces that embody one another.
Landscape also plays a big role in the project as a central courtyard that had been introduced to add warmth and grace to the site and internally to expand spaces and extend sight lines. Such is to aid user’s thermal and physical comfort which would be further explain in the later part of the project as environmental science strategies.
