Use of beauty area
E.1.
Guests should inform the beauticians of their health, if they suffer from any particular disorders (allergies, high blood pressure or low blood pressure, heart disease, etc.), when taking medication, or in case of pregnancy. Beauty treatments can be made only in the absence of skin lesions. If you have damaged skin and you cannot proof medical certificate, stating the compatibility of the lesion with the beauty treatment, the staff has the right to refuse the service. If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to the start of your beauty treatment a new registration will not be granted and there will be no refund/credit. The balance of the full price must be paid at the time of booking. A delay of customers, without the possibility to recover the lost time, will mean a reduction of the duration of the treatment. Garda Thermae can not grant the anticipated effect of a treatment and it does not respond in any way in this regard. Garda Thermae is not responsible for any adverse effects associated with the use of cosmetics.
