打包箱是一款基于钢框架和轻质墙板结构体系的模块 化建筑产品。该产品由顶框、底框、角柱和 14 块可互 换的墙板组成，可打包包装，便于陆地或海上运输。
FLEXIBLE COMBINATION – stand alone, or combined horizontally to create big open space, or stacked vertically up to 3 storeys.
Flat-Pack is a type of modular products designed by using the steel frame and light-weight wall panels system. One Flat-Pack consists of top frame, bottom frame, 4 posts and 14 pieces exchangeable wall panels. It can be flattened for easy transporting.

运输优势 TRANSPORTATION ADVANTAGES 节省运费——扁平化压缩后，每 4 套等同于 1 个标准 20 尺集装箱尺寸，节省 3/4 运费；1 个 40 尺高柜可装运 6 套。 EASY TRANSPORTING – 4 units can be packed as a 20’ shipping container, which can save 3/4 freight cost; and 6 units can be packed into a 40’ high-cube shipping container. 方式灵活——综合考虑目的地距离、现场安装便捷程度，可选择整箱运输 ( 卫浴箱推荐使用 )，扁平化压缩运输或集装箱货柜运输。 FLEXIBLE TRANSPORT METHOD - different transport methods are available to be chosen from according to the distance to the desination and site installation conditions. Options are transported as a whole piece (recommended for bathroom containers), 4 units packed horizontally as one piece and 6 units packed vertically into a 40' high-cube shipping container.

Project Name: Japan Fukushima Disaster Site Client: Kawasaki Trading Co., Ltd. Project Location: Fukushima, Japan Description: Since after the earthquake in Fukushima, Kawasaki has approached Yahgee to quickly establish the temporary housing for workers who were to help to rebuild the destroyed site. This project is divided into 4 stages and the first stage is to occupy 300 workers by providing them the accommodation, canteen, toilets, showers and other facilities. Due to the emergent situation, Yahgee branch has put a great effort to deliver their high quality products within 40 days, and this effort was highly recognized by the Japanese clients. 产品介绍 PRODUCT INTRODUCTION 折叠箱作为打包箱系列产品之一，同样是一款基于钢结构框架和轻质墙板结构体系的模块化建筑产品。该箱房由中间的一 个整体卫浴箱和两块可折叠顶框、两块可折叠底框、四根角柱以及六块可拆卸、已预装了门窗的墙板组成。 产品规格尺寸为长 5950mm，宽 3300mm，高 2550mm。折叠后长度由 5950mm 变成 2090mm，其他尺寸不变，方便运输，每个 40 尺的集装箱高柜可装入三个折叠箱。 折叠箱不可横向组合或纵向堆叠，只能作为单箱使用。作为预制化建筑中最复杂的卫浴单元部分已在工厂安装完毕，因而 现场施工量少，特别适合工期比较紧迫的场地应用。 As one of the Flat-Pack series products, Folding Box is also designed by using the steel frame and lightweight wall panels system. One Folding Box consists of a bathroom pod, 2 foldable top frames, 2 foldable bottom frames, 4 corner columns and 6 pieces of wall panels with pre-installed doors and windows. The unfolded container is 5950mm in length, 3300mm in width and 2550mm in height. After folding up, the length reduces from 5950mm to 2090mm, the other two figures remain the same. Folding Box is easy for transport that each 40' high-cube shipping container can have 3 of them stored. Folding Box is a stand-alone product, which cannot be combined horizontally or stacked vertically. The bathroom pod, as the most complicated part of the prefab building, is installed in the factory completely, thus to minimize the on-site work and make it a preferable product for the use of any site with very limited delivery time.
