"Àðõèòåêòóðíàòà ðàáîòèëíèöà" áåøå îðãàíèçèðàíà îò ÑÀÁ è ÊÀÁ, çà äà äàäå äåìîêðàòè÷íà âúçìîæíîñò íà âñè÷êè áúëãàðñêè àðõèòåêòè äà èçðàçÿò ñâîåòî ïðîôåñèîíàëíî ñòàíîâèùå çà óñâîÿâàíåòî íà òîçè èçêëþ÷èòåëíî öåíåí òåðåí, êîéòî ïðåäëàãà ðåäèöà ñëîæíè çà ðåøàâàíå ïðîáëåìè. Ðàçïîëîæåí íà åäíà îò ãëàâíèòå ñîôèéñêè ìàãèñòðàëè, ñðàâíèòåëíî áëèçî äî ãëàâíèÿ ãðàäñêè öåíòúð, â áëèçîñò äî Ñîôèéñêîòî ëåòèùå è íîâîèçãðàäåíè è èçãðàæäàùè ñå ãîëåìè àäìèíèñòðàòèâíè è òúðãîâñêè êîìïëåêñè, òîçè òåðåí òðÿáâà äà áúäå óñâîåí ïî îïòèìàëåí çà ãðàäà íà÷èí. Òîâà ïðåäïîëàãà êîìïëåêñíî
ïðîåêòèðàíå è èçãðàæäàíå âúç îñíîâà íà îáîñíîâàíà ôóíêöèîíàëíà è ñòðîèòåëíà ïðîãðàìà, îò÷èòàíå íà ñïåöèôè÷íèòå ìó âçàèìîäåéñòâèÿ ñ ãðàäñêèÿ îðãàíèçúì. Íåîáõîäèìà å è ãðàäîóñòðîéñòâåíà ïîäãîòîâêà çà óñâîÿâàíåòî ìó ÷ðåç èçãðàæäàíå íà çàõðàíâàùàòà ãî òðàíñïîðòíî-êîìóíèêàöèîííà è èíæåíåðíà èíôðàñòðóêòóðà.  “Àðõèòåêòóðíàòà ðàáîòèëíèöà” ñå âêëþ÷èõà 26 ãðóïè ñ 83 ó÷àñòíèêà, íÿêîè îò êîèòî ïðåñòàâèõà îñâåí ïðîåêòíè ðåøåíèÿ è ðàçëè÷íè ïðîó÷âàíèÿ íå ñàìî çà êîíêðåòíîòî óñâîÿâàíå íà òåðèòîðèÿòà, íî è âèçèè çà òèïà ãðàäñêà ñðåäà, êîéòî äà ñå îôîðìè â íåÿ.
Âúçðàñòîâèÿò äèàïàçîí íà ó÷àñòíèöèòå áå øèðîê - îò 20 äî 80 ãîäèíè. Âïå÷àòëÿâàùî áå ìàñîâîòî ó÷àñòèå íà ìëàäèòå àðõèòåêòè, â òîâà ÷èñëî è ñòóäåíòè, êàêòî è íà ðàçëè÷íè ñïåöèàëèñòè, ò.å. èíòåðäèñöèïëèíàðíèÿ õàðàêòåð íà “ðàáîòèëíèöàòà”. ×ðåç òîâà ìàñîâî, ñâîáîäíî êàòî èçÿâà è íàïúëíî áåçêîðèñòíî ó÷àñòèå, áåç êàêâîòî è äà å çàïëàùàíå, áúëãàðñêàòà àðõèòåêòóðíà êîëåãèÿ äîêàçà ñâîÿòà àêòèâíà îáùåñòâåíà ïîçèöèÿ, ãîòîâíîñòòà ñè äà ñå âêëþ÷âà â ðåøàâàíåòî íà çíà÷èìè àðõèòåêòóðíî - ãðàäîóñòðîéñòâåíè ïðîáëåìè íà êîíêóðñåí ïðèíöèï. Ãîëÿìîòî ðàçíîîáðàçèå íà óðáàíèñòè÷íè âèçèè è ïðîåêòíè ïðåäëîæåíèÿ èëþñòðèðà âúçìîæíèÿ øèðîê ñïåêòúð îò ïîäõîäè, íåîáõîäèì ïðè âçåìàíåòî íà ðåøåíèÿ çà ïîäîáíè ñïåöèôè÷íè çàäà÷è. Òå ïîñî÷âàò è íåîáõîäèìîñòòà îò îðãàíèçèðàíå íà äåìîêðàòè÷íà îñíîâà íà àðõèòåêòóðíî - ãðàäîóñòðîéñòâåíè êîíêóðñè çà òÿõíîòî ðåøàâàíå. ïî ó÷àñòèå êîíêóðñ çà ñúùàòà òåðèòîðèÿ, ïîêàçâà ðåäèöà íåäîñòàòúöè: íåèçÿñíåíîñò íà âçàèìîäåéñòâèÿòà íà âðúçêèòå ñ ãðàäà; ëèïñà íà èíôîðìàöèÿ çà ïðèëåæàùèòå  Îðãàíèçèðàíèòå ïðåäâàðèòåëíè äèñêóñèè, äèñêóñèèòå ïî âðåìå íà äîêëàäâàíåòî íà ïðîåêòíèòå ðàçðàáîòêè ïðåä åêñïåðòíàòà ãðóïà, îáñúæäàíèÿòà â íåÿ î÷åðòàõà íÿêîëêî ïðèíöèïíè èçâîäà ïî îòíîøåíèå íà áúäåùîòî ïðîåêòèðàíå è óñâîÿâàíå íà òåðèòîðèÿòà : Èçÿñíÿâàíå íà ïðîáëåìàòèêàòà íå å âúçìîæíî äà ñòàíå ñàìî â îáõâàòà íà êîíêóðñà è ñàìî âúç îñíîâà íà ìàòåðèàëèòå íà ÎÓÏ íà Ñîôèÿ. Íåîáõîäèìè ñà äîïúëíèòåëíè ïðîó÷âàíèÿ â ïîäõîäÿù îáõâàò, îáåì è ìàùàá, äîèçÿñíÿâàùè ïðîáëåìèòå íà òåðèòîðèÿòà âúâ âçàèìîäåéñòâèåòî è ñ ãðàäà, êàêòî ïî îòíîøåíèå íà òðàíñïîðò è èíæåíåðíè ìðåæè, òàêà è ïî îòíîøåíèå íà îïòèìàëíîòî ôóíêöèîíàëíî ñúäúðæàíèå. Ïðè îïðåäåëÿíå íà ôóíêöèèòå, çàñòðîåíèòå ïëîùè è îáåìè å íåîáõîäèìî äà ñå îò÷åòå ðåàëèñòè÷íî íåáëàãîïðèÿòíèÿ åôåêò îò îòêëîíÿâàíåòî íà òðàñåòî íà Ñîôèéñêèÿ ìåòðîïîëèòåí îò áóë. "Öàð Îñâîáîäèòåë” è "Öàðèãðàäñêî øîñå” êúì áóë. “Äðàãàí Öàíêîâ”. Ëèïñàòà íà ðàâíîñòîåí ãðàäñêè òðàíñïîðò ïî áóë. “Öàðèãðàäñêî øîñå” ñå ÿâÿâà ëèìèòèðàù ôàêòîð ïî îòíîøåíèå íà èíòåíçèâíîñòòà íà çàñòðîÿâàíå è îáùàòà íàòîâàðåíîñò íà ïðîó÷âàíèÿ òåðåí. Èçãðàæäàíåòî íà åâåíòóàëíè äîïúëíèòåëíè çàõðàíâàùè ãî òðàñåòà çà äðóãè âèäîâå ðåëñîâ èëè èçâúíóëè÷åí òðàíñïîðò ñà âàæíî óñëîâèå çà åôåêòèâíîòî ìó óñâîÿâàíå.  óñâîÿâàíåòî íà òåðèòîðèÿòà òðÿáâà äà ñå îáúðíå îñîáåíî âíèìàíèå íà çàïàçâàíåòî íà ñúùåñòâóâàùàòà çåëåíèíà, âðúçêàòà íà “âúòðåøíàòà” çåëåíà ñèñòåìà ñ îêîëíèòå îòêðèòè è îçåëåíåíè ïëîùè è îáùîòî óâåëè÷àâàíå íà ïàðêîâèòå ïëîùè â òåðèòîðèÿòà ñïðÿìî êîíêóðñíàòà ïðîãðàìà - îò 5 õà â íåÿ, äî 15 - 20 õà. Áúäåùîòî ïðîåêòíî ðåøåíèå íà òåðèòîðèÿòà òðÿáâà äà îïòèìèçèðà èçãðàæäàíåòî íà ìàêñèìàëíî èíòåãðèðàíà, îòâîðåíà ñïðÿìî îêîëíèòå êâàðòàëè è ïîäõîäè, ãðàäñêà ñðåäà. Òðÿáâà äà ñå èçáåãíå ïîÿâàòà òóê íà îãðîìåí êîìïëåêñ îò “çàòâîðåí” òèï.

Áúäåùåòî ïðîåêòíî ðåøåíèå òðÿáâà äà îò÷èòà âúçìîæíèòå âèçóàëíè “êîðèäîðè” è âðúçêè êúì Âèòîøà. Îùå ïîâå÷å, ÷å òîçè ïðèíöèï å çàëîæåí è â ñúùåñòâóâàùàòà ïëàíîâà ñõåìà íà òåðèòîðèÿòà. Åêñïåðòíàòà ãðóïà ñ÷èòà çà íåïðèåìëèâî ðàçïîëàãàíåòî òóê íà ìíîãî âèñîêè ñãðàäè (òèï “íåáîñòúðãà÷è”, ñ âèñî÷èíà íàä 100 ì). Ïîäîáíè ðåøåíèÿ íå ñå íàëàãàò íèòî îò ïðîãðàìàòà, íèòî îò îôîðìèëèÿ ñå âå÷å ñèëóåò ïî áóë. “Öàðèãðàäñêî øîñå”, íèòî îò âúòðåøíàòà êîìïîçèöèÿ íà òåðèòîðèÿòà, íèòî îò òúðñåíàòà (åâåíòóàëíî) ïðåäñòàâèòåëíîñò. Íàïðîòèâ, ñúçäàâàíåòî íà îôîðìåíè, íàñèòåíè ñ æèâîò ãðàäñêè ïðîñòðàíñòâà, ñ áàëàíñèðàíå ìåæäó ñòðîãè, ãåîìåòðè÷íè, ïðåäñòàâèòåëíè, åäðîìàùàáíè è æèâîïèñíè, ñ ïî-áîãàòî îçåëåíÿâàíå è ÷îâåøêè ìàùàá, êîìïîíåíòè îòãîâàðÿ â ïîãîëÿìà ñòåïåí íà åâðîïåéñêàòà ãðàäñêà êóëòóðà è òðàäèöèè. Åêñïåðòíàòà ðàáîòíà ãðóïà ñ÷èòà, ÷å êàêòî ïðèáúðçàíîòî âçåìàíå íà ðåøåíèå çà óñâîÿâàíåòî
íà òåðèòîðèÿòà íà 4-6 êì, òàêà è îòêàçúò îò êîìïëåêñíîòî é óñâîÿâàíå è çàíåìàðÿâàíåòî é ,ñà åäíàêâî íåïðèåìëèâè.Ííåîáõîäèìî å îðãàíèçèðàíåòî íà ñëåäâàùè åòàïè íà ïðîåêòèðàíå, êàòî ñå îò÷èòà îïèòúò íà “Àðõèòåêòóðíàòà ðàáîòèëíèöà” è íà îôèöèàëíèÿ êîíêóðñ. Åêñïåðòíàòà ãðóïà ïðåïîðú÷âà íà ÑÀÁ è ÊÀÁ äà ïðåäïðèåìàò íóæíèòå äåéñòâèÿ â òàçè íàñîêà. Ñúùåâðåìåííî òðÿáâà äà ñå ïîä÷åðòàå, ÷å òåçè ôàçè èçèñêâàò íå ñàìî ïî-ñúäúðæàòåëíî ôîðìóëèðàíå íà çàäà÷àòà, íî è ïî-ãîëÿìà ÿñíîòà è îáîñíîâêà ïî îòíîøåíèå íà öÿëîñòíàòà îðãàíèçàöèÿ è ôèíàíñîâàòà åôåêòèâíîñò íà òàçè êðóïíà ãðàäîóñòðîéñòâåíà îïåðàöèÿ. Åêñïåðòíàòà ãðóïà äàâà âèñîêà îöåíêà íà ïðîâåäåíàòà “Àðõèòåêòóðíà ðàáîòèëíèöà” è íà ïðåäñòàâåíèòå ïðîó÷âàíèÿ, êàòî ïîä÷åðòàâà íåîáõîäèìîñòòà îò ïúëíîöåííî äîêóìåíòèðàíå, òèðàæèðàíå è ïîïóëÿðèçèðàíå , êàêòî íà ñàìèòå ïðîåêòíè ïðîó÷âàíèÿ, òàêà è íà öÿëîñòíàòà äåéíîñò ïî ðåàëèçàöèÿòà é.
ÏÐÎÄÚËÆÅÍÈÅ ÍÀ ÑÀÃÀÒÀ Ñ ÂÒÎÐÈ×ÍÈß ÃÐÀÄÑÊÈ ÖÅÍÒÚÐ

Àðõèòåêòóðíàòà êîìèñèÿ â Ñòîëè÷íèÿ îáùèíñêè ñúâåò ïðèå ïðåäëîæåíèåòî íà îáùèíñêèÿ ñúâåòíèê àðõ. Ëþäìèë Ëåîíèäîâ è ðåøè äà áúäàò îòêóïåíè âñè÷êè ïðîåêòè çà áúäåùèÿ ïðàâèòåëñòâåí öåíòúð, ó÷àñòâàëè â àëòåðíàòèâíèÿ êîíêóðñ, îðãàíèçèðàí ïðåç àïðèë ò. ã. îò Ñúþçà íà àðõèòåêòèòå â Áúëãàðèÿ è Êàìàðàòà íà àðõèòåêòèòå â Áúëãàðèÿ. Ñúâìåñòíàòà èíèöèàòèâà íà äâåòå ñúñëîâíè îðãàíèçàöèè áå â îòãîâîð íà îáÿâåíèÿ îò ÌÐÐÁ îôèöèàëåí ìåæäóíàðîäåí êîíêóðñ çà óñòðîéñòâåíà êîíöåïöèÿ íà áúäåùèÿ ïðàâèòåëñòâåí öåíòúð íà òåðèòîðèÿ îò 600 äêà, êîÿòî ñå íàìèðà íà 6-òè êèëîìåòúð ïî áóë. “Öàðèãðàäñêî øîñå”.  ìîòèâèòå ñè àðõ. "Ìëàäîñò" è ïðîäúëæåíèåòî è íà ñåâåð è èçòîê îò ì.Êúðî íàä Äðàãàëåâñêà, Äúðâåíèøêà è Ñëàòèíñêà ðåêà. ÏÎÃËÅÄ ÎÒ ÁÓË. "ÖÀÐÈÃÐÀÄÑÊÎ ØÎÑÅ" 1 2 3 4  ðåçóëòàò îò åðîçèÿòà "âåæäèòå” ñà îáðàñëè ñ åñòåñòâåíè çåëåíè ïîÿñè è ãîðè. Íàé-çàáåëåæèòåëíà îò òÿõ å Ñëàòèíñêàòà ñåëèùíà ìîãèëà. Îùå ïðåç 19481950 ã., óñïîðåäíî íà þæíàòà îêîëîâðúñòíà æï ëèíèÿ, àðõåîëîãúò Íåäåë÷î Ïåòêîâ ðàçêîïàâà ïúðâîòî æèëèùå îò áîãàòî íåîëèòíî ñåëèùå. Òîé ïðîó÷âà è ìàðêèðà íàä 30 ïðàèñòîðè÷åñêè ìîãèëè â ðàéîíà íà Ñîôèÿ. Ïðåç 1985ã.
àðõåîëîãúò Âàñèë Íèêîëîâ ðàçêðèâà íà Ñëàòèíñêèÿ ðåäóò åäíà ñëåä äðóãà äâå óíèêàëíè ïî ðàçìåðè è òåõíîëîãèÿ æèëèùíè ñãðàäè. Òîâà áå, à è âñå îùå å, ãîëåìèÿò øàíñ ïðè ïðîåêòèðàíåòî íà âòîðè÷íèÿ ãðàäñêè öåíòúð Ñîôèÿ äà ïîñòðîè òóê òðåòèÿ íàéçíà÷èì ìóçåé íà ïðàèñòîðèÿòà â Åâðîïà. Æèëèùàòà íå ñå íóæäàÿò îò õèìè÷åñêà êîíñåðâàöèÿ, çàùîòî ñòåíèòå è ïîäîâåòå èì ñà èçïå÷åíè êàòî êëèíêåð. Ñåëèùíàòà ìîãèëà äî Äâîðåöà íà ïë.”Àëåêñàíäúð Áàòåíáåðã” íå å äîáðå äîêóìåíòèðàíà è ïî÷òè å óíèùîæåíà îò ïîäðàâíÿâàíåòî íà ïëîùàäà ïðåä ìàâçîëåÿ.

Îò äðåâíè âðåìåíà åâðîïåéñêèÿò ïúò îò Ðèì è Âèåíà ïðåç Áåëãðàä, Íèø (Íàéñóñ) è Ñåðäèêà å áèë ãëàâíà çàõðàíâàùà àðòåðèÿ. Òîé ïðîäúëæàâà ïðåç Ôèëèïîïîë (Ïëîâäèâ) è Àäðèàíîïîë (Îäðèí) çà Êîíñòàíòèíîïîë (âòîðèÿ Ðèì). Äíåøíîòî ìó àðõàè÷íî èìå “Öàðèãðàäñêî øîñå” íèùî íå ãîâîðè íà ÷óæäåíöèòå. Òîé îòäàâíà òðÿáâàøå äà áúäå ïðåèìåíóâàí íà áóë. “Òðàêèÿ”. Íà êîíêóðñà çà ãðàäîóñòðîéñòâåí ïëàí íà Ñîôèÿ îò 1945 ã. àðõ. Àñåí Ìèõàéëîâñêè ïðåäëàãà òîé äà ñå ïðåâúðíå â “Åëèñåéñêè ïîëåòà” íà ñòîëèöàòà. Òàêàâà å è èäåÿòà â ïðîåêòà íà ïðîô. Áåëêîâñêè.Òîãàâàøíèòå íîâîèçëþïåíè óïðàâíèöè íå ñàìî íå ïðèåìàò èäåèòå, íî ñêðèâàò èëè óíèùîæàâàò è äâàòà ïðîåêòà çàåäíî ñ ïîâå÷å îò îñòàíàëèòå. Ïóáëèêóâàí å ñàìî ñïå÷åëèëèÿò ïðîåêò íà ïðîô. Ëþáåí Òîíåâ. Âòîðàòà àðòåðèÿ, êîÿòî ùå îáñëóæâà âòîðè÷íèÿ ãðàäñêè öåíòúð, å ïðîêàðàíà ñëåä Âòîðàòà ñâåòîâíà âîéíà ïî ïëàíà Ìóñìàí. Òÿ ïîêðèâà Ñëàòèíñêà ðåêà îò áóë. “Öàðèãðàäñêî øîñå” äî áóë.”Øèï÷åíñêè ïðîõîä”. Óñïîðåä-

Âúïðåêè ÷å ôèãóðèðà è â ñëåäâàùèòå ãåíïëàíîâå íà Ñîôèÿ, è äàæå òðÿáâàøå ïî íåãî äà ìèíå øèðîêîðåëñîâ òðàìâàé, îáõîäúò íå å îòâîðåí è íå âúëíóâà îáùèíàòà. Çàòîâà ìàãèñòðàëàòà âêàðâà öÿëîòî òðàíçèòíî äâèæåíèå êúì öåíòúðà ïðè ïë. “Îðëîâ ìîñò”, âìåñòî äà îòêëîíÿâà âëÿâî è âäÿñíî ïî òàíãåíòè êúì æåëàíèòå îò òÿõ ïîñîêè òîçè ïàðàçèòåí òðàíçèò. Íîðìàëíèòå óðáàíèñòè ïðåäè 30-40 ãîäèíè ñà îáåçîïàñèëè þæíàòà æï ëèíèÿ ñ 4 ñúîðúæåíèÿ ïîä èëè íàä àðòåðèèòå, ñ îãëåä íåîõîäèìîòî þæíî òðàñå íà æï ìåòðî. Îò “Õëàäèëíèêà” òî åñòåñòâåíî ùå ïðîáúëæè ïî áóë. “Òîäîð Êàáëåøêîâ” êúì "Îâ÷à êóïåë" è æ.ê. "Ëþëèí". Çà ñúæàëåíèå ïî÷òè íèêúäå íå ñå ìèñëè çà ñâúðçâàíåòî â èíòåãðèðàíè âúçëè íà îòäåëíèòå ìåòðî, òðàìâàéíè è òðîëåéáóñíè ñòàíöèè, êàê-

‘’Òðèåäèíñòâî’’ å ïðîåêò, îñíîâàí íà èäåÿòà çà îáåäèíåíèå. Çàäà÷àòà áåøå äà ñå ïðîåêòèðà îôèñåí öåíòúð íà òðè ðàçëè÷íè ôèðìè, îáåäèíÿâàùè ñå â åäíà êîðïîðàöèÿ. Ïðîåêòúò ïîçâîëÿâà âñÿêà ôèðìà äà çàïàçè ñâîÿòà èäåíòè÷íîñò è â ñúùîòî âðåìå äà îñòàíå ñâúðçàíà ñ äðóãèòå. Îáåäèíÿâàíåòî å ïîñòèãíàòî ïðàêòè÷åñêè ÷ðåç îáåìíîòî è ïðîñòðàíñòâåíî îôîðìëåíèå íà ñãðàäàòà. Âèçóàëíî òàçè àðõèòåêòóðíà ôèëîñîôèÿ ñå îñúùåñòâÿâà ïîñðåäñòâîì ñâåòëèííîòî ‘’ïðîïóêâàíå’’ íà îáåìèòå. Òàêúâ ïîõâàò ïîçâîëÿâà ñâîåîáðàçíà äèíàìèêà íà ñãðàäàòà è íà íà÷è-

íà, ïî êîéòî òÿ ñå âúçïðèåìà â ãðàäñêàòà ñðåäà ïðåç ðàçëè÷íèòå ïåðèîäè íà äåíîíîùèåòî. ‘’Òðèåäèíñòâî” ñå ïðåâðúùà â åäèí 4D ïðîåêò, îáåäèíÿâàéêè òðèòå ïðîñòðàíñòâåíè èçìåðåíèÿ ñ ÷åòâúðòîòî - òîâà íà âðåìåòî. Êàòî èçðàçíè ñðåäñòâà ñå èçïîëçâàò ðàçëè÷íè ôàñàäíè ÷ëåíåíèÿ è ìàòåðèàëè íà òåçè îáåìè.  îáðàçà íà "âèñîêèòå” ñãðàäè å ïîòúðñåí ïàðàëåë ñ ðàñòåðèçèðàíè íà ïèêñåëè åëåêòðîííè èçîáðàæåíèÿ. Ôàñàäíèòå ïëîñêîñòè ñà ðåøåíè êàòî îêà÷åíè ðàñòåðíè ôàñàäè ñ íàêëîí äî 5% ïî âåðòèêàëà. Î÷åðòàíèÿòà â ïëàí ñå ïîä÷èíÿâàò íà òàçè ëîãèêà, êàòî "îñò-
ðèòå” úãëè ñà áëèçêè äî òåçè íàêëîíè è ñà îò 81° äî 88°. Ïðåäâèæäà ñå ðàçïîëàãàíå íà ñâîåîáðàçíà ñâåòëèííà ìðåæà â çîíèòå íà ñòèêîâàíå íà ôàñàäíèòå ïëîñêîñòè è âðúçêè ìåæäó òÿõ, êîèòî ïðîìåíÿò ñâîåòî íàïðàâëåíèå â çàâèñèìîñò îò ïëîñêîñòà, â êîÿòî ñå íàìèðàò, ñ öåë ïðèäàâàíå íà äîïúëíèòåëíà äèíàìèêà íà êîìïîçèöèÿòà è ðàçëè÷íî åñòåòè÷åñêî âúçäåéñòíèå. Ïîäõîäÿùî å ðåàëèçàöèÿòà íà òåçè åëåìåíòè äà ñòàíå ñúc ñâåòîäèîäíè èëè íåîíîâè èçòî÷íèöè íà ñâåòëèíà.

The “Trinity” is a project based on the idea of union. The task was to have a project with three different volumes for three different companies united in one corporation. The project allows every company to preserve its identity and in the same time to remain connected with the others. The union is achieved by volumetric and spatial design of the building. Visually this architectural philosophy is achieved through light “rifts” in the volumes. This approach allows special dynamics of the building and the way in which it is perceived

in the urban environment in the different periods of the day. The “Trinity” has become 4D project, uniting the spatial dimensions with the fourth one of time. As expressions are used different façade divisions and materials and those of the volumes. In the image of “high” building is looked for connection with raster pixel images. The façade surfaces are decided as suspended raster facades with an inclination of 5% vertically. The contours of the plans are governed by this logic as the
acute angles are near to the inclination of 81°up to 88°. Light net is foreseen in the zones of union of the façade surfaces and the connection in between that change their direction depending on the surface in which they are placed with the aim to give more dynamics of the composition and different aesthetical influence. It is suitable to realize these elements with diode or neon sources of light.

Öâåòíè èçîáðàæåíèÿ íà òîçè ãðúöêè áîã íà ñëúíöåòî ñåäÿò íà ïèåäåñòàëè è ñÿêàø íàáëþäàâàò è çàùèòàâàò òîçè èçîëèðàí îñòðîâ íà ïîêîÿ. Èçïîëçàíèòå ìàòåðèàëè ñà ìàëòèéñêè êàìúê, ñòîìàíåíè áëîêîâå è êàìúíè, íàìåðåíè â ìåñòíîñòòà. Ðàñòèòåëíîñòòà â ðàéîíà ñà àìáðîçèè, çþìáþëè è äðóãè öâåòÿ, êîèòî ñà ñèëíî ñâúðçàíè ñ òîçè ìèòîëîãè÷åí áîã. Èçïîëçâàí å è òî÷íèÿò ïåéçàæ çà ôîí â ïðîñòðàíñòâåíàòà èëþçîðíà òðàäèöèÿ íà "çàåìàíå íà ãëåäêà” îò ÿïîíñêèòå Êàðà-Ñåíöóè ãðàäèíè. Òàçè ðàáîòà å çà÷åíàòà êàòî ïîñòðîåíà ïîåìà, çà äà ïîçâîëè íà ÷îâåê äà ìå÷òàå è êîïíåå, äîêàòî áóäè àðõèòåêòóðà, êîÿòî îòðàçÿâà àðõèòåêòóðíîòî êðåäî, çàñòðîåíàòà ñðåäà òðÿáâà ïðåäè âñè÷êî äà ïîä÷åðòàâà âúòðåøíàòà ñðåäà íà äóøàòà.

The Garden of Apollo “The hands want to see. The eyes want to caress” Goethe Office/Name of Architechts Richard England Collaborators Albert Borg Costanzi, Stephen Buttigieg City/Country St Julians / Malta
A section of the architect's residence, remodelled in 2007 as a work area and cloistered courtyard. The interior houses a studio providing work spaces and meeting areas, while the walled garden provides an enclosure designed specifically as a meditative locus of calm and tranquility; a form of allegorical and illusory stage-set, evoking Giorgio de Chirico’s enigmatic Mediterranean canvasses, where dream-like architectural images are juxtaposed with statuary to produce overall metaphysical effects of serenity and stasis. The architect has always believed that architecture must provide a sensorial experience and that the creation of any architectural space is not only about art, science and craft, but more so, about emotion, memory and story telling. The garden of Apollo is primarily designed as a secret garden, its objective is to create a theatrical oasis which enables one to distance oneself from the chaotic intrusions of everyday life, and to act as an antidote to contemporary man’s mechanised and turmoiled life-style. The garden is dedicated to Apollo the mythological god of proportion, music, poetry and magic. Coloured casts of this Greek sun god stand on pedestals as if guarding and protecting this enclave of quiescence. The materials utilized are Malta stone, concrete block and hardstone local paving. Planting around the area includes ambrosia, hyacinth and other nectared flowers all strongly associated with this mythological god. Use, is also made of the lush layered background of the main garden in the spatial illusion tradition of the ‘borrow scenery’ of the Japanese Kara-Senzui gardens. This is a work conceived as a “built” poem to enable one to engage in dream and desire while evoking an architecture which reflects the architect's belief that built environments should above all provide soul enhancing ambiances.

Áëîêîâåòå èçãëåæäàò êàòî êðèñòàëíè êóëè ñ ìåòàëíà îáâèâêà ìîäåë, êîéòî íàïîìíÿ ñëîæíàòà ñèñòåìà íà êîðåíè èëè ãèãàíòñêè äúðâåòà, êîèòî ñà ðàçïðîñòðàíåíè ïî êðàéáðåæíèòå ðàéîíè íà Ìàëàéçèÿ è âúðõó êîèòî ÷åñòî ìîãàò äà áúäàò âèäåíè ÷àéêè. Òúðñåíî å ïðîåêòúò äà ïîä÷åðòàå óíèêàëíîñòòà íà òàçè åêîñèñòåìà, êúäåòî ñå ïðåäëàãà ïîðòðåòåí øëþç ìåæäó èíñòèòóöèÿòà è ñâîáîäíîòî âðåìå. Îêîëî ñãðàäàòà å ñúçäàäåíî èçêóñòâåíî åçåðî, ñêàëè, êðèñòàëè, êîèòî ñúçäàâàò áàëàíñ ìåæäó åçåðîòî è äèíàìèêàòà íà áóëåâàðäà, ïðåêúñâàíè îò òúðæåñòâåíîñòòà íà ïðàâèòåëñòâåíè ñãðàäè. INTERVIEW INTERVIEW Commercial Complex in INTERVIEW Putrajaya Paolo Cucchi Architects
The site is located in the hearth of the new administrative town of Malaysia: Putrajaya. The specific project of 80,000 mq/sq of office building is facing the main boulevard ( of this urban development.) One morning walking around, visiting the site and trying to catch the right feeling, I was captured by a storm of seagulls flying on the nearby lake. Based on/Inspired by this view the new complex raised out of the water as posts for the seagulls. The blocks appear as crystal tower enveloped by a metal pattern reproducing the intricate roots system of the mangroves, gigantic trees spread along most of the costal areas of Malaysia, a precious natural resource that offers a protective action against erosion, losses and damages. The project wanted to emphasize the uniqueness of this eco-system, offering an iconic gateway between institution and leisure. Around the building has been created an artificial pond and the crystal rocks emerging from the water want to create with their visual effect a balance between the relaxation of the lake side and the dynamicity of the boulevard, punctuated by the solemnity of the Government buildings. A vast water-court, glass waterfalls define this oasis of refreshment and spaces of encounters. Cool fluidity and greenery make particularly captivating the setting, considering the uncomfortable hot and humid weather of Malaysia. Main part of this architectural exercise has been a conscientious programme of green languages that has translated advance technologies into imagery. The metal mangrove roots create natural shadows inside the working spaces reducing energy consumption. As the roof of each buildings transformed in hanging gardens, the rainwater harvesting contributes to maintain the landscape and save additional energies.

Äà, çà ïúðâè ïúò ñúì òóê è ñúì ìíîãî âïå÷àòëåí îò ñðåäàòà è ïîòåíöèàëà íà âàøàòà ñòðàíà, çàùîòî âèæäàì ìíîãî èíòåðåñíè âúçìîæíîñòè çà ðàçâèòèå íà äúðæàâàòà ïî ðàçóìåí íà÷èí. Èñêàì äà ïîä÷åðòàÿ áëàãîòî, êîåòî èìàòå è êîåòî ñòå óñïåëè äà çàïàçèòå - çåëåíèíàòà íà ãðàäà. Òîâà å äàäåíîñò, êîÿòî ìàëêî ãðàäîâå â Åâðîïà ñà óñïåëè äà çàïàçÿò. Èìà ëè íåùî, êîåòî ñïåöèàëíî Âè âïå÷àòëè? Äà, îòêðèõ ìíîãî èíòåðåñíè íåùà êàòî êàòåäðàëàòà "Ñâ. Àëåêñàíäúð Íåâñêè", êîÿòî å ìíîãî ìèñòè÷íî ìÿñòî, ìíîãî äóõîâíî è ðåëèãèîçíî. Íå âúâ âñåêè õðàì ìîæåø ìîæåø äà ïîëó÷èø ïîäîáíî óñåùàíå. Êàêâî ìèñëèòå çà ñúâðåìåííàòà áúëãàðñêà àðõèòåêòóðà? Ïîâå÷å ñúâðåìåííà àðõèòåêòóðà âèäÿõ íà ñòðàíèöèòå íà âàøèòå ñïèñàíèÿ, âèäÿõ ñúùî è èíòåðåñíè ïðîåêòè êàòî òîçè çà âòîðè÷åí öåíòúð íà Ñîôèÿ. Îïðåäåëåíî ìåæäó ïðîåêòèòå â êîíêóðñà ïðåäïî÷èòàì òîçè è ñúì íàïúëíî ñúãëàñåí ñ ðåøåíèåòî íà æóðèòî. Íàìèðàòå ëè ðàçëèêà â íà÷èíà íà ðàáîòà â Ìàëàéçèÿ è â Åâðîïà? Êàêòî Âè êàçàõ àç ñúì ðàáîòèë 14 ãîäèíè â Åâðîïà è 13 ãîäèíè â Ìàëàéçèÿ. Ïîäõîäúò ïðè ïðîåêòèðàíå å ñúâúðøåíî ðàçëè÷åí â äâåòå êóëòóðè è â äâàòà òèïà ñðåäà. Ìíîãî îò ïðåäïðèåìà÷èòå íå âÿðâàò, ÷å ìîãàò äà âúðíàò èíâåñòèöèÿòà ñè, à òå èñêàò äà ñè ÿ âúðíàò âúçìîæíî íàé-áúðçî, îñîáåíî â òàçè ÷àñò íà ñâåòà, êúäåòî æèâåÿ ñåãà. INTERVIEW INTERVIEW INTERVIEW Arch. Paolo Cucchi is Italian architect born in Parma-Italy and are already 13 years that he lives in Malaysia. We had this interview with him during Interact 2009. Is this the first time you are in Sofia? Yes, this is the first time I'm in Sofia and I'm very impressed by the Country and its environment. I want to highlight that you have the merit to have preserved the green of the city and this is a peculiarity that not many towns in Europe were able to keep. I see interesting opportunities, which, developed in the proper way, could exalt the distinctive character of this place where urban fabric and rich traces of the pass are well blended with the greenery. You have to do your best to maintain these features. What do you think about it? Did you like something? I am very surprised by the architectural elements that I found walking around the city. Inside Alexander Nevsky Cathedral I felt overwhelmed by a wrapping mystical aura: the sense of solemnity suggested by the large dome, the darkness dialoguing with the tremulous lights of the candles animating precious icons from the shadows, are a spiritual experience. It is has been another great pleasure to breath the romantic atmosphere of shaded boulevards discovering the old fashioned opulence of magnificent buildings, parks animated by sculptures' exhibitions or charming corners where you can eat fantastic salads near the lakeside or in the wood, left inside the town, and crossed by slow motion tramways. The same small crowded coffees nearby the University are extremely stimulant for the desire I have noticed in the young to participate and express a voice. What about the contemporary architecture? I have seen several new developments in these days. Just in the suburban area of the town there are buildings designed by local architects, proposing interesting architectural schemes with good controls of the faรงade elements, Georgi Stanishev is one of them. I saw also attractive areas of old socialist buildings and could be strategic to consider a proper restoration plan, integrating them in the cultural activities of the town. I had the chance to visit the exhibition of the projects for "New City Center of Sofia", and, contrary to the opinion of some colleagues, I like Dominique Perrault's project. A long green corridor runs through the site, as a spine of the district, resembling with its hilly silhouette the geophysical environment. The urban design is very strong in the concept, the organization of the space is very clear and interacts well with the context, one, I think, of the winning points of this proposal. I fully agree with the jury's choice. What is the difference between working in Europe and working in Malaysia? I have worked 14 years in Europe and then 13 in Malaysia. Even if we talk about globalization, the approach to the design in Europe and Asia is totally different: cultures and environments make the difference. In Europe is still strong the conservatism despite the demand of renewal. In the young countries of Asia the work is more stimulant. The most exciting design is the high-rise building not only for the continuous aim to built a taller one but also for the involvement of functions complexity and social issues. The dynamicity of the urban growing, in a town as Kuala Lumpur, motivates a restless research of technological iconicity that offers also a symbolic identity for a community in search of social identification. But a project in Malaysia could be also dangerous, the risk to produce forms without sense and commercial architecture is very easy. All the time that I design I try to find a meaning of the shape, a symbol that could respond to the existing context. Do you think that you could work anywhere in the world? Yes, an architect should be able to design everywhere in the world: a new environment, a new culture is a new challenge. The analysis, the history, the culture of the country where you go to do projects, are important. You cannot simplify. Today the globalization is destroying the architecture. I am not against the globalization of the technology, but I am against the globalization of the architecture. Every country has its own identity and the work of the architect is to find this identity and translate it into design if it is possible seizing emotion. The architect is a translator in form of traditions, cultures and histories that have to respond to the context. What do you think is the new tendency of architecture? It is the design. I think the architecture is dead. Today the client wants design, a small jewelry that represents itself. What today is demanded from the architects is their capability to attract, to astonish; we don't have to forget that we are living in an era of images.
Do you think that architecture is more business and management than art? This is a tricky question; most of the times unfortunately it is a business, but sometimes it is also art. The percentage of art compared to the percentage of business is very small. So I can see that the architects are producing very commercial design to satisfy the economical request of the client that wants to optimize the investment as much as possible. What is your opinion on sustainable architecture? I think this is the future. Do you think it is the present? Today to build a construction conformed to the contemporary standards of eco-sustainability should be obligatory part of the project but there is lot of talking and not to much action yet. To see a real green building is not so easy, due to the cost. Many developers don't believe that they can get back their investment from green building, they want profits as fast as possible especially in the part of the world where I am living now. The idea of sustainability is better understood in the Western countries than in the Eastern. Where do you think you will work in the future? I can't answer to you, it depends on the opportunities and how the life goes. Malaysia is very different culture and it is a stimulating place to work, it is also like my second home. In the last few years, both sides of all entrance highways leading to Plovdiv were built new factories, show-rooms and office buildings. The administrative building of “Hus,” which we present to you is located near Pazardzhishko shose, the old entrance road from Sofia. Designed by one of the leading architectural companies in Plovdiv “RT Consult” Ltd. with chief architect Radko Todorov. The architectural silhouette has strict geometric shapes, and are used new building materials that give modern look to the building. Parts of north and south facade are structurally glazed with low-E gray glass. In the southeastern part of the building decorative canopies are fitted on the project of “Krupal” Ltd. that are repeated over the entrance and terraces. Orange edges Wide horizontal and vertical lines drawn around balconies and canopies give to the building variety. Metal columns in the same warm color surround the facade above the main entrance where is located the stylish logo. The dense part of the building has ceramic lining in pale beige. The square windows have aluminum frames with thermal bridge in dark gray with low emission glass. The five-storey administrative building has a ground floor and attic level. The central entrance is marble staircase and has external ramp for disabled persons. The access to it is from the east. The spacious lounge has an attractive atrium, passing through three levels. The stylish solid red walls contrast with the floor, covered with gray-black granite tiles in geometric shapes. The heavy leather red sofas and plasma television corner form the guest meeting area. Here are more details on the reception desk, room for security and business offices. The access to other levels with an elevator in the northeastern part and concrete pillars in the southern part of the building. On the ground floor are placed seven offices, two rooms for the archives of the company’s technical rooms and mechanical room for the hydraulic elevator.

On the third floor are offices and international trade department, two conference halls and rooms for the rest of the employees. President’s office, secretarial office and that of the administrative staff are on the fourth floor. There are small conference room and manager office with two separate balconies on the north and on the south. The interior of each floor, office and space are very stylish. The administrative building of “Hus” provides excellent opportunities for business contacts and successful business.

The project has a permission for construction from 2004 for single-family house with workshop and garage. Later by investors request there has been issued a project for the change of the investors' intentions. Part of the changes in the project on the first level is restaurant with three halls with 35, 25 and 16 places and own evacuation exits, show-cooking, two bathrooms and service room and they are realized on the place of the living-room, the workshop and the garage. On the place of the bedroom is developed the second level of the restaurant and it contains a hall with 50 places and evacuation exit with outside ladder, office of the manager, bar with warehouse and bathroom on the floor.

Over the kitchen through reinforced concrete construction is designed the second level with five studios and a floor under the roof with separated evacuation ladder independent from the restaurant part. For them is elaborated detailed construction project. The general spatial and faรงade decision is preserved regarding the approved projects. The building is two-storey building with partial underroof floor in the eastern end. The style is rather antique and Italian with

wooden lining on the facades combined with brick and stone, red daub and chalk. In the inside are used authentic elements of old Bulgarian and Italian houses. The entrance door in one of the halls is more than 200 years old. The interior of the hotel part is in the same style. Even though it is comfortable it successfully creates an atmosphere from a different epoch. The whole lightning of the building and the garden ensure specially chosen old lightings from iron.

Ñãðàäàòà å ïàñàæåðñêè õîòåë ñ 18 ñòàè è 3 àïàðòàìåíòà. Äâå îò ñòàèòå ñà äîñòúïíè è çà èíâàëèäè. Íà ïîñëåäíèÿ åòàæ å óñòðîåíà êîíôåðåíòíà çàëà, à â ñóòåðåíà - ðåñòîðàíò è ïèàíî-áàð. Ëîáè-áàðúò äî ðåöåïöèÿòà ïðåìèíàâà â îñòúêëåíà ëÿòíà ãðàäèíà. Çà ìàëêèòå ïëîùè, ñ êîèòî ðàçïîëàãà, õîòåëúò å ðåøåí ó÷óäâàùî ôóíêöèîíàëíî è äàæå ñúçäàâà óñåùàíå çà ïðîñòîð. Çà òîâà ñúùî ïîìàãà ïåñòåëèâîòî èçïîëçâàíå íà åëåìåíòè â èíòåðèîðà. Ïàðòåðúò å ðåøåí â áÿëî, ñèâî è òúìíî÷åðâåíî. Ðåñòîðàíòúò å â òúìíîêàôÿâî è èíòåíçèâíî çåëåíî. Less is more This quote of the minimalists is in fact in the foundations of any good architecture. The question is to have limits. When with few means the architect manages to get the needed effect every additional complication makes hard to handle for the senses. With content we could say that here we present to our readers a minimalistic project, in which the balance is reached with good taste, shown from the facade and ending up with the furniture. The building is a hotel with 18 rooms and 3 apartments. Two of the rooms are accessible for handicap people. On the last floor is placed a conference hall and on the underground level is a restaurant and piano-bar. The lobby next to the reception merges in glazed summer garden. For the small spaces that the hotel has - it is designed surprisingly well, functional and it even gives the feeling of spaciousness. The ground floor is coloured in white, gray and dark-red. The restaurant is in dark-brown and intensive green. The rooms are in dark brown wooden panelling, combined with gray - violet - beige nuances of the materials. The facade is remarkable with its clear form and it is covered with rustproof net. It is not that you could feel it as if it is too simple, because the balance is achieved with extremely picturesque appearance of the revetment exotic stone. The accent of course is on the entrance - one beautiful glazed apron suspended by rustproof ropes. Only the professionals know how difficult it is with little financial support to achieve that result and effect.

Devin is one of the many picturesque towns in the southern part of the Western Rhodopes, nested among the beautiful old pine and spruce forests. What distinguishes it from other villages in the area are several types of spas with great flow and water temperature to 78 degrees. When designing the author was looking for vision, close to the peak Persenk, reminiscent of its forms. The glazed facade of the hotel reflects the surrounding mountain peaks. This exterior elements have influenced very stylishly on the interior of the apartments. The view revealed from the lounge space is not only fascinating, but also creates a feeling of close proximity with the surrounding natural environment. It seems to be part of the space and participates actively in the lives of the guests staying in this apartment. The construction of the building is concrete and the walls are made of ceramic bricks and hung ventilated faรงade with etalbond. The railings on the terraces are transparent, metal and glass - triplex. The building

occupies almost the whole territory of the terrain, which is surrounded on all sides by streets. At the core is developed richly landscaped courtyard. The object is solved by a gated complex, offering a cozy hotel with SPA-procedures. There are provided different opportunities for recreation, shops, restaurants, children playgrounds, bowling, and panorama cafe-nightclub. The main entrance is on the southern facade, where parking is also provided for temporary parking. From the same street is located an independent entry to bowling, restaurant and conference hall with access from the hotel foyer. You could enter through the ramp in covered garage. The building has four units "A", "C", "C" and "D". On the first level of the main entrance you can enter into a spacious foyer with lobby bar and reception. There are commercial areas, nursery and hairdresser. In the area between the bodies A and B, are provided interconnected inner and outer wall of water round water mirror, symbolizing endless and life-giving water recirculation, which is a major element in interior public area. Ïðîåêòúò å ðàçðàáîòåí îò äîö. ä-ð àðõ. Áîéêî Êàäèíîâ, àðõèòåêòóðíà àãåíöèÿ “Áðàòÿ Êàäèíîâè” è åêèï. Ïðåäñòàâÿìå êîíöåïöèÿòà íà àðõ. Êàäèíîâ çà áúäåùèÿ Ìóçåé íà ñúâðåìåííîòî èçêóñêòâî. Ïðåäëîæåíèÿò ïðîåêò çà èçãðàæäàíå íà Ìóçåé çà ñúâðåìåííî áúëãàðñêî èçêóñòâî îò÷èòà è çàïàçâà õàðàêòåðà è àðõèòåêòóðíèòå äîñòîéíñòâà íà ñúùåñòâóâàùàòà ñãðàäà. Îñíîâíàòà êîíöåïöèÿ íà ïðîåêòà å ñàìèÿò ìóçåé êàòî ñãðàäà è ïóáëè÷íî ïðèñúñòâèå äà ñå ïðåâúðíå â àðòåôàêò, ñúõðàíèë ñìèñëîâèòå íàïëàñòÿâàíèÿ íà ðàçëè÷íè êóëòóðè è åïîõè, äàâàéêè èì íîâ ïðî÷èò è èíòåðïðåòàöèè. Ñúùåñòâóâàùàòà îãðàäà, ìàðêèðàùà "ãðàíèöèòå” ìåæäó çåëåíî-

òî ïðîñòðàíñòâî íà Þæíèÿ ïàðê è òåðåíà, ïðèíàäëåæàù íà ìóçåÿ, ñå ïðåâðúùà â ñòúêëåíà “çàâåñà”. Òàêà “ãðàíèöèòå” íà ìóçåÿ ïðèäîáèâàò ïî-óñëîâíî è ñèìâîëíî çíà÷åíèå. Åäíîâðåìåííî “ïðîçðà÷íè” çà îêîëíèÿ ñâÿò, è çàåäíî ñ òîâà ñúçäàâàùè äîïúëíèòåëíè åêñïîçèöèîííè ïðîñòðàíñòâà ìåæäó îáåìà íà ñãðàäàòà è ïàðêà.  åìáëåìà íà êîìïëåêñà ñå ïðåâðúùà ìåòàôîðè÷åí ïî ñâîÿ ðàçìåð ñòàòèâ, èçðàáîòåí îò äúðâî è inox, êîéòî ðàáîòè äâàäåñåò è ÷åòèðè ÷àñà â äåíîíîùèåòî êàòî “Flip chart”. Òîâà å ñèñòåìà îò ïîñòîÿííî ñìåíÿùè ñå îáðàçè, êàðòèíè è ðåêëàìíè ïîñòåðè, êîèòî ñå ðåäóâàò â èíòåðâàëè îò 6 - 10 ñåêóíäè è èëþñòðèðàò åêñïîçèöèèòå è âúçìîæíîñòèòå íà ìóçåÿ. Ïîñòîÿííî ñìåíÿùèòå ñå îáðàçè â ðèòúìà íà ñúâðåìåííèÿ ãðàä ìîãàò äà áúäàò íàáëþäàâàíè è îò íåïîñðåäñòâåíî ïðåìèíàâàùèÿ àâòîìîáèëåí ïîòîê ïî áóë. “×åðíè âðúõ”.

Ñúùåñòâóâàùàòà ïîñòðîéêà å èçãðàæäàíà â êðàÿ íà XIX - íà÷àëîòî íà ÕÕ â. è íîñè õàðàêòåðíèòå áåëåçè íà êëàñè÷åñêàòà àðõèòåêòóðà. Òÿ å ÷àñò îò àðõèòåêòóðåí êîìïëåêñ "Ñîôèéñêè àðñåíàë", ïàìåòíèê íà êóëòóðàòà. Ñãðàäàòà âêëþ÷âà äâå ïúëíîöåííè íèâà, êàêòî è äîïúëíèòåëíî óñâîåí ìàíñàðäåí åòàæ â ïðîöåñà íà ðåêîíñòðóêöèÿ, îñúùåñòâåíà ïðåç 80-òå ãîäèíè íà ìèíàëèÿ âåê. Ñãðàäàòà å ñîáñòâåíîñò íà Ìèíèñòåðñòâî íà êóëòóðàòà è å àäàïòèðàíà çà íóæäèòå íà Íàöèîíàëíàòà õóäîæåñòâåíà ãàëåðèÿ, îòäåë "Ïðèëîæíè èçêóñòâà”. Ïîíàñòîÿùåì ôóíêöèîíèðà êàòî îòäåë è ôîíäîõðàíèëèùå íà ÍÌÁÈÈ. Îáåêòúò ñå íàìèðà â îòíîñèòåëíî ñòàáèëíî ñúñòîÿíèå, íåçàâèñèìî ÷å íÿêîè îò ñúùåñòâóâàùèòå åëåìåíòè íå ñà ñ ìàñèâíè êîíñòðóêöèè. Ôóíêöèîíàëíàòà ìó ñòðóêòóðà äàâà âúçìîæíîñòè çà ïîñëåäâàùè òðàíñôîðìàöèè è ñúçäàâàíå íà óñëîâèÿ çà àìôèëàäíî ðàçâèòèå íà ìóçåéíàòà åêñïîçèöèÿ.

Ñòðóêòóðà è ôóíêöèè íà ìóçåéíàòà ñãðàäà Âúâ âñÿêî åäíî îò òðèòå íèâà íà ñãðàäàòà ñå ñúçäàâàò âúçìîæíîñòè çà ïðåäñòàâÿíå íà ñáîðíè è èíäèâèäóàëíè åêñïîçèöèè. Îñíîâíàòà âðúçêà ìåæäó íèâàòà ñå îñúùåñòâÿâà ïîñðåäñòâîì ñòúëáèùíà êëåòêà, â “îêîòî” íà êîÿòî ñëåäâà äà áúäå èçãðàäåí ïàíîðàìåí àñàíñüîð, îáñëóæâàù òðèòå åòàæà. Ôóíêöèîíàëíèòå ïðèíöèïè ïðè èçãðàæäàíå íà ñúâðåìåííèòå ãàëåðèè çà èçêóñòâà ñå îáóñëàâÿò íà ïðàâîòî íà îòêàç íà ïîñåòèòåëÿ îò ðàçãëåæäàíåòî íà åêñïîçèöèÿòà âúâ âñåêè åäèí åòàï, ò.íàð. "óìîðà îò ìóçåÿ”.  òîçè ñìèñúë äîïúëíèòåëíî, îêîëî ñúùåñòâóâàùàòà ñãðàäà, ñå ñúçäàâàò â îïðåäåëåíè çîíè îòêðèòè ðàìïè è êóëîàðè, îáåçïå÷àâàùè âúçìîæíîñòòà íà çðèòåëÿ êàêòî çà ñúêðàùàâàíå è îïòèìèçèðàíå íà ìàðøðóòèòå â ìóçåÿ, òàêà ñúùî è çà åâàêóàöèÿ ïðè åêñòðåìíè îáñòîÿòåëñòâà. Òîçè "ïðîìåíàäà” îò îòêðèòè ðàìïè è êóëîàðè ïî âúíøíèÿ êîíòóð íà ñúùåñòâóâàùàòà ñãðàäà å ïðåäâèäåíî äà áúäå èçãðàäåíà îò ñãëîáÿåìè ìåòàëíè êîíñòðóêöèè. Åëåìåíòèòå íà íîâàòà âúíøíà êîíñòðóêöèÿ ïî íèêàêúâ íà÷èí íå çàñÿãàò ôàñàäàòà è ñå ðåàëèçèðàò “íà ôóãà”. Òå ñå îñèãóðÿâàò êàòî ñàìîíîñåùè ñå è ñúçäàâàò óñëîâèÿ çà èçãðàæäàíå íà ðàìïè, íåîáõîäèìè â ñëó÷àé íà ïîæàð èëè åâàêóàöèÿ, à òàêà ñúùî è çà îáñëóæâàíåòî íà õîðà ñúñ ñïåöèàëíè íóæäè. Èìåííî ïî òîçè íà÷èí ñúùåñòâóâàùàòà ñãðàäà ïîëó÷àâà ðàçëè÷íè íèâà íà ïðî÷èò è ïðåîòêðèâàíå îò ïîñåòèòåëÿ - ïðåç ãèãàíòñêèÿ ñòàòèâ è ñòúêëåíàòà "çàâåñà”, êúì ìåæäèííîòî ïðîñòðàíñòâî îò “ñòúêëî” è “òåêñòîâå” è îòòàì â ìàòåðèàëíèòå ñóáñòàíöèè íà ïðîñòðàíñòâîòî îò íà÷àëîòî íà ÕÕ â. Ïðåìèíàâàíåòî ïðåç òåçè ïëàñòîâå íà ôèçè÷åñêîòî, åìîöèîíàëíîòî è ñåìàíòè÷íîòî å ÷àñò îò ëè÷íîòî ïðåæèâÿâàíå è “äåøèôðèðàíå” íà ñúâðåìåííîòî èçêóñòâî. Ñúùåñòâóâàùàòà ñãðàäà, çàåäíî ñ ïðåäâèæäàùèòå ñå äîïúëíåíèÿ, ùå áúäå ñ ðàçãúíàòà çàñòðîåíà ïëîù îò îêîëî 1280 ì2. Êúì òàçè ïëîù ñëåäâà äà ñå äîáàâÿò è âúçìîæíîñòèòå íà íîâîòî ïðîñòðàíñòâî ìåæäó ñòúêëåíèÿ êîíòóð íà ìóçåÿ è ñúùåñòâóâàùàòà ñãðàäà. Îáðàçúò íà íîâèÿ Ìóçåé çà ñúâðåìåííî áúëãàðñêî èçêóñòâî ñå äîïúëâà è ñ ïðèëåæàùàòà â íåïîñðåäñòâåíà áëèçîñò áîãàòà ðàñòèòåëíîñò îò êèïàðèñè è äúðâåòà. SOFIA ARSENAL MUSEUM FOR CONTEMPORARY ART - SAMKA The building chosen to be the future “Museum for contemporary art” is located in the Southern park of Sofia in the green space between the already existing gallery “The Earth and the people” and the hotel complex “Hilton”. The project is developed by dr. arch. Boyko Kadinov, architecture agency “Kadinovi Brothers” and associates. The existing building is finished in the end of XIX-th – the beginning of XX-th century and has the features of the classical architecture. It is part of the architectural complex “Sofia arsenal”, monument of the culture. The building includes two floors as the additional mansard floor in the process of reconstruction realized during the 80-ies of the last century. The building is property of the Ministry of Culture and is adapted for the needs of the National Art Gallery, section “Applied art”. The building is in good condition although some of the existing elements don`t have massive constructions. The functional structure gives opportunity for further transformations and creation of suite of rooms of the museum. The project for construction of “museum for contemporary Bulgarian art” shows and preserves the character and the architectural qualities of
the existing building. The main concept of the project is the museum itself as building and public presence to become an artifact that has preserved the stratifications of different cultures and epochs and giving them new perusal and interpretations. The existing fence marks the limits between the green space of the Southern park and the terrain belonging to the museum and becomes glass “curtain”. So the limits of the museum receive more symbolic meaning. In the same time they are “transparent” for the environment and create additional exhibition spaces between the volume of the building and the park. The symbol of the complex is the metaphorical in its size tripod, which will work 24 hours a day as “Flip chart”. This system of constantly changing images, pictures and advertisements are switching in 6-10 sec. intervals that will show the current exhibitions and the possibilities of the museum. Ïðîåêòúò íà ðóìúíñêèÿ åêèï ñå îòêðîè ñ áàëàíñèðàíà îáåìíîïðîñòðàíñòâåíà êîìïîçèöèÿ è ñðàâíèòåëíî íàé-äîáðî ôóíêöèîíàëíî è ïëàíîâî ðåøåíèå. Òîé ïðåäëîæè ìîäåðíà èíòåðïðåòàöèÿ íà òèïîâåòå âúçðîæäåíñêè êúùè, ïðèäúðæàùà ñå êúì ìàùàáà íà îðèãèíàëà. Ðàçâèòà íà áàçàòà íà îðòîãîíàëíà ïëàíèðîâêà, ïëàñòè÷íàòà âèçèÿ âêëþ÷âàøå åðêåðíè íàääàâàíèÿ è 4-ñêàòíè ïîêðèâè, êîèòî ðåïëèêèðàò ìèíàëîòî, íî ñ èç÷èñòåíè è îáîáùåíè ôîðìè. Âîäåùèÿò ïðèíöèï íà ïðèåìñòâåíîñòòà â èñòîðè÷åñêèÿ ïðî÷èò, çàëîæåí îùå â êîíöåïöèÿòà íà ïëåíåðà, áå ïîä÷åðòàí ñ âêëþ÷âàíåòî íà íèñêàòà äîáðóäæàíñêà êúùà, â êîÿòî ãåîãðàôñêè è èñòîðè÷åñêè ñå ñðåùàò áúëãàðñêàòà è ðóìúíñêàòà àðõèòåêòóðà. Ñ àðòèñòè÷íîñò è óäîâîëñòâèå ìëàäèòå ðóñêè àðõèòåêòè èçãðàäèõà ñâîÿòà êîìïîçèöèÿ êàòî æèâîïèñíà àëþçèÿ çà ëîçîâèòå ðàçêëîíåíèÿ. Ïëàíîâàòà ñõåìà, ñ äîáðå îáîñîáåíè àíñàìáëè îò îòäåëíèòå òèïîâå êúùè, îáîãàòè çàäàíèåòî ñ èíòåðåñíè õðóìâàíèÿ. Çàáåëåæêà ïðåäèçâèêà ãðóïàòà ñúñ ñêëþ÷åíà çàñòðîéêà, êîÿòî áå ïðåóïëúòíåíà, à ñòðîèòåëñòâîòî âúðõó ñêàòà ìîæå áè
íå îò÷èòàøå äîêðàé ãåîëîæêèòå õàðàêòåðèñòèêè íà ìîðñêèÿ áðÿã. Ñïåöèàëåí àêöåíò â ïðîåêòà ïðåäñòàâëÿâàøå àêòóàëíèÿò ñïîðòåí êîìïëåêñ ñ òðàíôîðìèðóåìè ïîêðèòèÿ ñïîðåä ñåçîíà. Ìàêåòúò, íàé-äîáðèÿò îò ïðåäñòàâåíèòå íà ïëåíåðà, ñïå÷åëè îäîáðåíèå ñ ïðåöèçíîñòòà êúì äåòàéëà è èçÿùåñòâîòî íà èçïúëíåíèåòî. Ìîñêîâñêèòå ñòóäåíòè èçïúëíèõà âñè÷êè èçèñêâàíèÿ íà çàäàíèåòî, êàòî èçïîëçâàõà ïîñëåäîâàòåëíî îðãàíè÷íèÿ àðõèòåêòóðåí åçèê, õàðàêòåðåí çà îáó÷åíèåòî â ÌÀÐÕÈ.
Ñðúáñêèòå ó÷àñòíèöè äåìîíñòðèðàõà ðàçêðåïîñòåíî ñúâðåìåííî ìèñëåíå, êàêòî ïî îòíîøåíèå íà ïëàíèðîâêàòà, òàêà è íà ïðåäñòàâÿíåòî. Êîíöåïöèÿòà èì èçõîæäàøå îò åäíà òâúðäà ãåîìåòðèÿ, êîÿòî åêñòðàïîëèðà ñèñòåìà îò îñîâè ëú÷è, îñèãóðÿâàùè äèðåêòåí

Ôóíêöèîíàëíî íàé-àäåêâàòíî ðåøåíèå, ñ îáîñîáåíè æèëèùíè ãðóïè íà îòäåëíèòå ðåãèîíàëíè êúùè, ïðåäëîæè ïðîåêòúò íà ñòóäåíòèòå îò Âàðíà. Îñâåí ñ ìàùàáà, äîáðå ðàç÷åòåí ñïðÿìî ñèòóàöèÿòà è ïðîòîòèïèòå êúùè, ïðîåêòúò âïå÷àòëè ñ èíòåðåñíèòå ðåøåíèÿ íà êîíãðåñíèÿ öåíòúð è õîòåëñêàòà ÷àñò, áåç äà çàáðàâÿ âàæíàòà êîìóíèêàöèîííà âðúçêà ñ äâîðåöà. À äâàòà ìàêåòà, â ìàùàá 1:500 è 1:1000, äîïúëíèòåëíî àðòèêóëèðàõà òâîð÷åñêèÿ àíãàæèìåíò íà âàðíåíöè êúì ó÷àñòèåòî èì â ïëåíåðà.
Ïðîåêòúò íà ñòóäåíòèòå îò Ñàíêò Ïåòåðáóðã îíàãëåäè ðàçíîîáðàçèåòî íà îáðàçîâàòåëíè øêîëè, òåíäåíöèè è âèæäàíèÿ. Íî êîíãðåñíèÿò öåíòúð ñ îêðóïíåíà çàñòðîéêà íà òåðåíà íå êîðåñïîíäèðàøå îñîáåíî ñ èäåÿòà çà åòíîãðàôñêî ñåëèùå, à ìîäåðíèòå è ïëàñòè÷íè ôîðìè íàâÿâàâàõà àñîöèàöèè çà ôèíëàíäñêàòà àðõèòåêòóðà îò 50-òå è 60-òå ãîäèíè íà ìèíàëèÿ âåê.

Ñìåëîòî ðåøåíèå íà ñòóäåíòèòå îò ÍÁÓ èçðàçè ïðèñòðàñòèåòî èì êúì ôëåêñèáèëíàòà àðõèòåêòóðà. The project is designed for the "Stone Computers AD" as 11-floors building with two underground levels for garages. The main entrance to the office part, cafeteria, shop and banking from the office are from "Todor Aleksandrov. The second floor is entirely occupied by the negotiation halls, training, demo room and data center. The access to the underground levels of garages is from "Otets Paisiy". Part of the parking space is determined
by a system of parking on two levels. The project complies with all modern requirements for energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. It is foreseen that full air conditioning and ventilation of the building - a system "VRV" will be installed. We use solar collectors for hot water heat pumps is highly selective glazing windows stoprey (Stopray Clear Vision). Automated system is designed for building energy management systems - BMS system, facilities for access control and video surveillance, structured wiring, security, disclosure, fire. çàñòðîÿâàíå, íà÷èí êîéòî å ìíîãî õàðàêòåðåí çà ìàëêèòå ïðåäïðèÿòèÿ è ñå ïðèëàãà ïðè íåãîëåìè ïàðöåëè.  íåçàñòðîåíàòà ÷àñò íà ïàðöåëà ñà ïðåäâèäåíè 18 ïàðêîìåñòà è áîãàòî îçåëåíÿâàíå è áëàãîóñòðîÿâàíå. Ïëàíîâàòà ñõåìà å ðåøåíà ñ ÿñíî ôóíêöèîíàëíî çîíèðàíå. Ñúçäàäåíèòå ïîäçîíè îñèãóðÿâàò ìàêñèìàëíè óäîáñòâà, ñïîêîéñòâèå è áëàãîïðèÿòíà ðàáîòíà àòìîñôåðà - óñëîâèÿ, íåîáõîäèìè çà âñåêè ñúâðåìåíåí áèçíåñ. Îáùî 25 ðàáîòíèöè ñå îáñëóæâàò â ñàíèòàðíî-õèãèåííè çâåíà íà ìîäóëåí ïðèíöèï. Çà íóæäèòå íà àäìè-
íèñòðàöèÿòà ñà îðãàíèçèðàíè óþòíè îôèñè, ñòàè çà ïî÷èâêà è àíåêñè êúì òÿõ. Ïðîñòîðåí è èçèñêàí øîó-ðóì ïîñðåùà êëèåíòèòå è ñëóæèòåëèòå íà ôèðìàòà. Îáåìíîòî ðåøåíèå ñå ñúñòîè îò åäíîåòàæíî ïðîèçâîäñòâåíî òÿëî â êîìáèíàöèÿ ñ òðèåòàæíà îôèñíà ÷àñò ñúñ ñúùàòà âèñî÷èíà. Íÿìà èçëèøíî ðàçòî÷èòåëñòâî â ïëîùèòå è îáåìèòå è âñè÷êî å ñúîáðàçåíî ñ òåõíîëîãè÷íèòå èçèñêâàíèÿ. Ïðîèçâîäñòâåíàòà ÷àñò å îôîðìåíà ñ ïîêðèâíî îñâåòëåíèå, êîåòî îñèãóðÿâà ïîñòîÿíåí äîñòúï íà ñâåòëèíà è ïîçâîëÿâà íà ñãðàäàòà äà „äèøà” ñâîáîäíî.

Ñèëíî îòêðîÿâàùàòà ñå ôîðìà íà êîðàá ñèìâîëèçèðà òðóäíèÿ ïúò íà âñÿêî ìàëêî ïðåäïðèÿòèå ïðåç áóðÿòà íà ïàçàðíàòà èêîíîìèêà. Ñèìâîëè÷íàòà ôîðìà å çàñëóãà íà àðõèòåêòèòå, íî è èçðè÷íî æåëàíèå íà âúçëîæèòåëÿ. Òðèòå íåâðàëãè÷íè åëåìåíòà çà âñÿêî ìàëêî ïðåäïðèÿòèå - îïèò, êîíêóðåíòíîñïîñîáíîñò è ïîòåíöèàë çà îöåëÿâàíå â ïàçàðíà ñðåäà ñà ïîä÷åðòàíè ÷ðåç èãðàòà íà ñòúêëåíè è ïëúòíè åëåìåíòè ïî ôàñàäàòà - ñòèëèçèðàíè ñèìâîëè íà êîðàáíè ìà÷òè è ïëàòíà. Ñâåòëèíàòà ïðåìèíàâà îòâúí íàâúòðå êúì ðàáîòíîòî ïðîñòðàíñòâî è îñâåòÿâà òåçè çîíè, çà êîèòî îïèòúò ïîêàçâà, ÷å ñà íàé-÷óâñòâèòåëíè êúì îñâåòåíîñòòà. Êîðàáíèòå ïëàòíà ñà „îðèåíòèðàíè” ïî òå÷åíèåòî íà ïàçàðíàòà èêîíîìèêà, òâúðäî ðåøåíè äà îöåëåÿò âúïðåêè òðóäíîñòèòå, à ÿðêèÿò, çàïîìíÿù ñå îáðàç èñêà äà "êàæå” íà êîíêóðåíöèÿòà: “Íèå ñìå òóê è ñå áîðèì çà âñåêè êëèåíò”.

Logically and consequently the investment processes in our country quickens the accumulation of quantity, which leads to changes in the quality. After the “boom” in the residence construction for constant and temporary inhabitation as well as that of the office buildings the time of the industrial zones, buildings and complexes came. It is expected to be the third wave in the newest investment history of Bulgaria, which is the slowest result from the open market economy as it engulfs big finance resources and its investments are done from single

entrepreneurs. The contemporary industrial buildings are rather small and middle-sized enterprises with pretentions for new quality of the working environment. More often we see strong expressive architectural image with underlined individuality, dictated by the earning of the commissioner to turn the building into company mark, logo and advertisement for itself. We present you a new emblematic project for small manufacturing building designed by arch. Svetlin Michaylov and arch.

Giliana Komitova. Located in the heart of the industrial zone of Plovdiv, the building is designed with clear functional zones. The zones give maximum commodities, calmness and favorable working atmosphere – the conditions necessary for every contemporary business. There is an elegant show-room where the visitors are welcomed by the staff. The volume contains of one-floor manufacturing body in combination with three-storey office part with the same height. There are no useless spaces. The manufacturing part is
finished with roof lightning, which ensures constant access of light and lets the building to breathe freely. The form of a ship symbolizes the hard way of every small entrepreneur through the storm of the open market economy. The symbolic form is the merit of the architects, but also the will of the commissioner. The masts are oriented towards the flow of the open market economy that are determined to survive regardless the difficulties so the strong image wants to say to the concurrence: “We are here and we are fighting for every client”.

Îò 14 äî 17 îêòîìâðè 2009 ã. â Èíòåðåêñïî öåíòúð - Ñîôèÿ îòíîâî ùå ñå ïðîâåäàò ñïåöèàëèçèðàíèòå èçëîæåíèÿ ÑÈÕÐÅ È ÑÂÅÒÚÒ ÍÀ ÌÅÁÅËÈÒÅ. Îðãàíèçàòîðè ñà àãåíöèÿ "Áóëãàððåêëàìà", Íàöèîíàëíàòà àñîöèàöèÿ "ÕîÐåÊà", Áðàíøîâàòà êàìàðà íà äúðâîîáðàáîòâàùàòà è ìåáåëíàòà ïðîìèøëåíîñò â Áúëãàðèÿ. Äåâåòîòî ìåæäóíàðîäíî èçëîæåíèå çà õîòåëñêî, ðåñòîðàíòñêî è ÑÏÀ îáîðóäâàíå ÑÈÕÐÅ ùå îáåäèíè èíòåðåñèòå íà äèçàéíåðè, ïðîèçâîäèòåëè è äîñòàâ÷èöè íà ñïåöèàëèçèðàíî îáîðóäâàíå è îáçàâåæäàíå â òîçè áèçíåñ - ùå áúäàò åêñïîíèðàíè êóõíåíñêè, áàðîâè è òúðãîâñêè ìîäóëè, ìàøèíè çà âãðàæäàíå, èíòåðèîðåí òåêñòèë è äèçàéí, ÑÏÀ è ôèòíåñ îáîðóäâàíå è ìíîãî äðóãè. Òî å íàñî÷åíî êúì õîòåëèåðè, ðåñòîðàíòüîðè, ñîáñòâåíèöè íà òóðèñòè÷åñêè îáåêòè è öåëè äà ïðîâîêèðà èíòåðåñà è íà îáèêíîâåíèÿ ïîñåòèòåë. òðàäèöèîííè èçëîæèòåëè, òàêà è íîâè ôèðìè îò ñòðàíàòà è Åâðîïà. Çàåäíî ñúñ ñïåöèàëèçèðàíèòå èçëîæáè ÑÈÕÐÅ è Ñâåòúò íà ìåáåëèòå â Èíòåðåêñïî öåíòúð ùå ñå ïðîâåäå è ìåæäóíàðîäíîòî èçëîæåíèå Åêñïîëàéò, êîåòî ùå äåìîíñòðèðà íîâîñòè â îáëàñòòà íà îñâåòèòåëíàòà òåõíèêà. Íîâîòî òîçè ïúò å, ÷å â ðàìêèòå íà ÑÈÕÐÅ ùå ñå ïðîâåäå è âòîðîòî èçäàíèå íà ñïåöèàëèçèðàíîòî íàöèîíàëíî èçëîæåíèå çà êàôå ÊÀÔÅ ÔÅÑÒÈÂÀË 2009, îðãàíèçèðàíî îò Áúëãàðñêàòà êàôå-àñîöèàöèÿ è Coffeeland.bg.  íåãî ùå ñå âêëþ÷àò ïðåäñòàâèòåëè íà êàôå-èíäóñòðèÿòà, ñïåöèàëèçèðàíè â îáëàñòòà íà ïðîèçâîäñòâîòî, ïðåðàáîòêàòà, òúðãîâèÿòà è ïðåäëàãàíåòî íà êàôå. Åêñïîçèöèÿòà ùå âêëþ÷âà è ïîñëåäíà ãåíåðàöèÿ ìàøèíè è ìîäåðíî îáîðóäâàíå, êàêòî è àêñåñîàðè çà ïðèãîòâÿíå è ñåðâèðàíå íà àðîìàòíàòà êîôåèíîâà íàïèòêà. Èçëîæåíèÿòà öåëÿò äà ïðåäèçâèêàò èíòåðåñà íà âñåêè ïîñåòèòåë, à ñúùî è äà ñúçäàäàò áëàãîïðèÿòíà áèçíåñ ñðåäà çà äåëîâè ñðåùè çà îáìÿíà íà îïèò è èäåè çà ïîâèøàâàíå íà êà÷åñòâîòî è óñòîé÷èâîñòòà íà áèçíåñà âúâ âðåìå íà èêîíîìè÷åñêè ñïàä.
