How are BIM and parametric tools related? A Parametric and Associa;ve Model While Revit undoubtedly uses parametrics for these automa7c revisions, unlike fully fledged parametric modelling so<ware such as Pro/ENGINEER, CATIA, or even Sketchpad, the parametric rela7onships of Revit are hidden behind the interface. The focus is on using parametric models rather than crea4ng them.
