but the organization as a whole and can help shape AREAA’s evolution with today’s ever changing culture and economy. These amazing things do not happen by accident but from dedication and true intent of the members that serve this amazing organization.

Becoming a leader is a lot easier said than done and does not happen overnight. Developing a culture where leadership can be a collective experience is the future of AREAA, and I’m excited that theEDGE is moving in that direction. Our plans for next year is to expand theEDGE mentorship program to help more of our local chapter leaders thrive in their communities. We want to create stepping stones for our future leaders to use as their North Star as they continue their leadership journey from a local to national level. This will require a lot of collaboration and buy-in from our current and past leaders but where there’s a will, there’s a way and I look forward to seeing AREAA and theEDGE continue to grow in the years come!
