This year saw AREAA continue to gain recognition from other organizations, lawmakers, and industry leaders. This would not have been possible without the leadership from our 2022 National President Tim Hur, an Atlanta based REALTOR® who's passion for creating cross cultural connections played an important role during his presidential tenure. Tim has an extensive history with both AREAA and the real estate industry. Since graduating from Georgia Institute of Technology, Tim has been an active seller for over 14 years, and is currently the Managing Broker for Point Honors and Associates, REALTORS®, a boutique real estate firm located in Metro Atlanta. He has served in leadership positions with AREAA and NAR in the past, including as chair of the AREAA Policy Committee. We had the opportunity to sit down with Tim and reflect on the past year.
