FIRST RACE 4.15 ABOUT SIX FURLONGS (6F ABT 12YDS) FOR THREE YRS OLD AND UPWARDS

THE MURPHY GROUP HANDICAP STAKES (CLASS 5) Total race value £7200 x Owners Prize Money. 1st £2560, 2nd £1280, 3rd £640, 4th £320, 5th £240, 6th £240, 7th £240. (Penalty Value £3240) SS RACE STATS

LEADING COURSE TRAINER (16-21): R Charlton (11 wins from 69 runners, 16%) runs SIYATA TRAINER-IN-FORM (LAST 14 DAYS): Muir & Grassick (5 wins from 14 runners, 36%) runs ANJELLA LONGEST TRAVELLERS: SECOND COLLECTION trained by T Carroll, Cropthorne, 105 miles. SARAH’S VERSE trained by R Harris, Chepstow, 105 miles. RACE SUMMARY

SIYATA failed to add to her impressive Ffos Las handicap debut success when fourth at Newbury last month, but she still has low mileage and this drop in trip is an interesting move given how well she travelled that day. Roger Charlton’s filly gets the nod ahead of Michaels Choice, who is now just below his last winning mark. Recent C&D winner Second Collection should also be in the mix.

OLYMPIC EAGLE made a pleasing start when third at Salisbury and looks a sure-fire improver, so he’s fancied to open his account at the second attempt. Bell Shot has actually achieved most in form terms to this point, so he’s one to consider, while Al Barez strikes as an interesting newcomer having fetched quite a large sum at the Breeze-Ups. 1-2-3: 1.OLYMPIC EAGLE 2.BELL SHOT (IRE) 3.AL BAREZ KEY Owner colours

RACE SUMMARY NEW PURSUIT created a good impression when outpointing Whitefeathersfall on debut at Epsom and, though unable to build on that next time, the suspicion remains that there’s better to come from this colt, particularly now upped to 1m on this nursery bow. Aisling Return To Ireland Project Raising funds and awareness for our Charity today at Royal Windsor Racecourse. The Aisling Return to Ireland project was begun by workers in the London Irish Centre and Arlington house, the biggest homeless hostel in Europe which has been home to more Irish men than any other building outside Ireland. Aisling has expanded its activities over the last 25 years to include organisations and centres right across London, to ensure that they make contact with as many Irish people as possible in need of their services Aisling organises five Return-to-Ireland trips each year.

Aisling is managed by an independent, voluntary management committee made up of concerned and experienced individuals, who come to Aisling from all walks of life and experiences, including the homeless sector, the health service, marketing and finance, etc. Aisling Return To Ireland Project 93b Agar Grove, London, NW1 9UL Telephone: 0207 485 7030 www.aisling.org.uk

This represents a good opportunity for PURE BUBBLES to deservedly open his account. Gary Moore’s charge wasn’t beaten far in a stronger handicap than this at Lingfield last time and the fitting of headgear may help. If able to put his latest effort behind him, Silvestris will be a threat, but Kelmscott and Barenboim may emerge as bigger dangers.
