TASTING NOTES

MARSTON’S 61 DEEP - 3.8% ABV

Newest brew on the Burton block. 61 metres. That’s the depth of the well at the Brewery that gives this refreshing pale ale its name. The five American and Australian hops give it its fresh, zesty aroma, whilst the tropical fruit and citrus notes make it extremely drinkable.

BOMBARDIER ENGLISH - 4.1% ABV

Bombardier Amber Beer is brewed using the finest British Hops and fresh mineral water from the Eagle Brewery Well. A fruity aroma and rich malty taste provides a crisp, mouth-watering beer Tangy Fuggles hops and sultana fruit flavour finish off the palate

BRAKSPEAR GRAVITY - 3.4% ABV

This amber ale has a crystal malt and a well hopped bitterness in taste, which transforms into a bitter-sweet and fruity finish with a good fruit, hop and malt nose.

WAINWRIGHT - 4.1% ABV

A superb thirst quenching, refreshing beer packed full of flavour, lightly hopped with subtle sweet notes and a delicate citrus aroma.

WYCHWOOD HOBGOBLIN GOLD - 4.2% ABV

A solid gold legend. The combination of four hop varieties infused with malted barley and a touch of wheat give this easy drinking golden beer tropical aromas of citrus and passion fruit. A biscuit-like malt base gives way to heaps of fresh lemon and lime zest. A hop kick riot of rascally refreshment.

Horse welfare is a priority at Wolverhampton. At every meeting there are two specially qualified Equine vets appointed to look after the welfare of all the horses in action One vet is present at the start of each race and during the race follows the runners in a vehicle Horses can be attended to in the same time as the Paramedic Teams responsible for treating injured jockeys. The second vet follows the action from the stands and coordinates the required response to any incidents In addition, throughout the meeting a close check is kept on all horses, especially those returning after a race It is standard policy that in the event of a horse requiring veterinary treatment whilst on site, screens will be erected around the horse It is designed to afford the vet and the patient some privacy.
