Chia Seed Pudding

• ▢2 cups Unsweetened Cashew Milk • ▢½ cup chia seeds • ▢2 tablespoons agave nectar • ▢1 tablespoons brown sugar • ▢1 teaspoon ground cinnamon • ▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Sticky Pecans

• ▢2 tablespoons real maple syrup • ▢2 tablespoons agave nectar • ▢Pinch of salt • ▢¾ cup chopped pecans

Sticky Bun Chia Seed Pudding

Prep/Total Time: 15 min. Cook Time: 5 min Makes 4 servings

IINSTRUCTIONS

• In a medium bowl, whisk together cashew milk, chia seeds, agave, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.

• Cover, and refrigerate overnight.

• To make the sticky pecans, add maple syrup, agave, and salt to a saucepan.

• Bring to a boil.

• Remove from heat and stir in pecans.

• Let pecans sit for 5 minutes.

• To serve, spoon sticky pecans over pudding, and enjoy!

•1 8-inch whole wheat tortilla •2 Tbsp natural peanut butter •1/2 medium banana •1 Tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips

Peanut Butter Banana Quesadillas

Prep/Total Time: 10 min. Cook Time 5 min. Makes 1 serving

INSTRUCTIONS

•Spread the peanut butter over the surface of the tortilla.

•Slice the banana very thinly and then arrange the slices over half of the tortilla. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the banana slices and then fold the tortilla in half.

•Cook the quesadilla in a skillet over medium-low heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
