ABOUT ME
EDUCATION
Architecture part 1 graduate with a passion for visualisation and graphic communication. I intend to apply my keen design skills towards architectural renders, interior design and residential and mixed use buildings. I aspire to work within international teams to learn from wider experiences and backgrounds. This stems from a hunger to travel, experience new cultures, and thrive in a multicultural environment.

REGENERATING THE TRAIN LINE | PECKHAM .2 The Peckham train line sits above viaduct arches that are currently unused and blocked off from the public. My mission was to create a simple design that connected a residential block with the train station and to make use of the viaduct arches. My target audience was commuters in Peckham as Londoners commute for an average of 74 minutes every day.
NORTH ELEVATION This is the North elevation that shows the relationship between the existing site and the new residential area. It also shows the relationship between the trains and the building and the uses of the viaduct arches.
The other goal was to create more vertical connections through Peckham as currently Rye lane is overly dense due to it being the only pedestrian and vehicle crossing through Peckham. 1. 0

REGENERATING THE TRAIN LINE | PECKHAM .2
The Viaduct arches will be filled with local shops to encourage flourishing business’s as well as giving them a proper location as Peckham is known for shops inside shops.
Infront of the station there is currently an arcade. This blocks the beauty of the listed station as well as the practicality. My idea is to open a plaza Infront of the station encouraging activity.
Behind the stations is momentarily unused and blocked from the public, this design opens that area up creating a busy market hub for shoppers to rest and for activity to sprout.
ISONOMETRIC DRAWING
The image above and to the left describe the market shops and the market square busy with people and activity, allowing the centre of Peckham to ease from its density as people will be directed here. Some open arches will allow more crossings through the verticality of Peckham and encouraging more people to the market area reviving a dead area of the city.

REGENERATING THE TRAIN LINE | PECKHAM .2 The relationship between the public and the residents are shown by these diagrams, the main goal was to create an opening to the public as well as simplify the connection to the station.

THE DENCITY | PECKHAM .1
Urban planning in Peckham to visualise the future is important, above I created Web plans to research the empty spaces in Peckham, in comparison to the dense areas.
What would Peckham look like in 50 years? What would the growth on the population look like? How would this have an effect on the city? How can we as designers plan for the increase in density. This project deals with the density problems of the future and how we can create homes and spaces now to prepare.
5.
Will a vertical city be the answer, one that grows, and roots form the existing city? The concept grew from the idea of a skeleton of a city growing around different focal points throughout the city. Giving the new population the choice of expansion. The forms grew from a natural design That resembles clusters of Grid Deformation derived from the city.
THE DENCITY | PECKHAM .1
The visuals show the skeletal figure and growing homes weaving through the city. This illustrates the exciting evolution of the new future in Peckham and what density can look like if well planned for and with room for advancing.
The above drawings show the constant growth of the vertical city idea, and how not only it can grow in different sectors of the city but also within itself. The site plan shows the focal points and the plan and elevation diagrams show the growing breathing design that gives life to the future.

UCL TECHNOLOGIES OF HOPE | SELECTED WORK
Worked and mentored by Architect John Prewer, inventor of ‘Aeroponics’, to produce 3 rendered images to be used at UCL conference, lecture and to be published by the press. The task included modelling the desired design as well as rendering the image with a realistic feel to convince the audience of the possibilities expressed in the image.
The idea behind the image was that life on earth will be uninhabitable so these arc-like homes would be needed for life to co-exist with the scarred planet. The idea also uses aeroponics as a way of maintaining food production on the arcs. In order to arrive on the decks of the arc, orbs would be built as a form of transportation to and from the ground, that’s what is articulated orbiting the arc.
7.
BERLIN ARCHITECTURE MUSEUM | ARCH MEDIUM COMPETITION Selected by Tutors to participate in an architectural competition with arch medium. The brief was to create an architectural student museum in Berlin. Our concept was the idea that this building would not only be a museum and library for students but it would also be a sustainable green design that inspired students and visitors decisions in their daily life.
We took inspiration for aeroponics system and the Brasilia Building that produces fruit and vegetables on its interior walls. We decided to adapt this and share the production on exterior or walls for visitors to grab and for it to be transparent to the public.
We designed a big entrance to split the student area with the public and embedded green aeroponic tubing to different elements of the central atrium.
In the student section we added lots of inbuilt seating to the walls as well as greenery to enfuse the learning processes.

HAYLING ISLAND | SECOND YEAR WORK. Water sports and community hub located in Hayling island, Hampshire. The coastal location of the site and nautical heritage of the area inspires the building form. The target audience is local citizens to inspire and encourage more water sport in the area.
The concept explores the idea of the rib structure of a ship’s hull and plays with the impression of two twisting form that portray movement. The two sides of the building separate public and private areas of the sports centre as well as symbolising two ships passing by.
The sketches above symbolise the atmosphere inside the cafeterias and the sites from the different locations inside the building.

The pushing back of the water’s edge accomplished by one of the forms deals with the physical erosion. The second building is lifted to create a sheltered urban space in which people can come together. A

Night school and gallery located on the site of a fish market in Portsmouth’s old town. The coastal nature of the site prompted the idea of erosion both in physical terms as well as that of society and the divide within the area. It is this divide that the building aims to dissolve by incorporating a gallery and night school in which there is a union of people in common space. C D
