Organized Community Harassment Community ​Criminal Oriented Policing a.k.a Psychological Warfare a.k.a Domestic Terrorism

Be aware of what's going on in your community. Know the facts and get involved in stopping this psychological form of domestic terrorism. This is a criminal violation of innocent citizen’s constitutional rights and is happening in the FNSB, right under our noses.

What is organized community harassment? - O ​ rganized community harassment, otherwise known as a Counterintelligence Program (CoIntelPro) or simply “Gang Stalking”, is the illegal and subtle but effective covert harassment of a targeted individual or family primarily through gaslighting and sensitization (which I'll explain later on in this document), perpetrated by his or her's surrounding community over an extended period.

This includes but isn't limited to neighbors, city officials, neighborhood watch groups (I.e.; C.O.P - Community Oriented Policing), private security companies and even “friends” and family. ​Note: T ​ hese harassment campaigns are identical to the Stasi tactics previously used in East Germany.

What is a targeted individual? - A ​ targeted individual (TI for short) is a human being that has either been deemed a threat to society, a person deemed to be not fit for society, a person who’s made someone with power and money angry, or simply a person who’s made someone with the right connections angry; Thus thrust onto an "anti-terror" neighborhood watch list and into an illegal covert counter intelligence program against their will. N ​ ote: A ​ target doesn't actually have to be a threat to anyone.

Whistleblowers and outspoken individuals can be put onto to the list as well. Virtually any person can be thrust onto a “watch” list by virtually any other person, given the person knows the proper channels to go through to have another individual targeted. The motives for a person to target another citizen are often extremely childish. Such as someone whom is affiliated with groups like COP, has a vendetta against another citizen. Unfortunately we live in a society where certain citizens will use and abuse programs like COP to settle personal vendettas.

What is a perpetrator? - ​A perpetrator is a willing participant in the illegal and covert organized harassment of a targeted individual. Some of the perpetrators that participate are ignorant to the facts and don't even realize that they've essentially been duped with lies and slander into participating in a covert and illegal form of Stasi harassment which is basically a precursor to full on Mashall Law and sadly a form of population control (Which I’ll get to later in this document). The most common lies and slander that are

used against targets to get willing perpetrators are that the targeted individual has committed a crime; usually false allegations of pedophillia, rape, or being a suspected terrorist are sure fire ways to get any community member to participate. I mean… an authoritative figure surely wouldn't slander an innocent citizen with lies and false allegations to get me to participate in a harassment campaign would they? Sure they would. In some cases they'll even go as far as producing fake (forged) documents and even credentials (impersonating an officer or detective) to back up their slander and allegations.

Note:​ Most don't use common sense at this point. They don't stop and think; If the targeted individual has actually and truthfully committed a crime, then why hasn't he or she been arrested and been put through the due process of the US judicial system?

When they start participating, even then, most don't ask the obvious questions anyone with common sense and morality should ask. I.e.; If this is legit… Why do our tactics constantly revolve around rendering plausible deniability at all costs?

In any case, the fact of the matter is that a lot of the participants don't realize that they themselves have become a criminal perpetrator preying on innocent people. Thus they're actually, in a sense, ignorant victims. An overwhelming portion of perpetrators actually think that they're doing something good or helping out when they choose to participate. They may even think it's for the good and in the best interest of the TI. The latter is the case more times than not when a target's own family are recruited into the harassment campaign. Once enough community members have been brought on board the “monitoring” (harassment) campaign through lies and false allegations, they themselves essentially become recruiters. I.e.; One person tells another the lies and slander (Unbeknownst to them in alot of cases) they've heard about the target and so on and so forth. Thus quickly exponentially multiplying the number of perpetrators. A lot not knowing they've joined a smear campaign based on childish rumors, lies and slander.

The target is villainized and the perps usually see themselves as the “heroes” or the “good guys”.

On the flip side of the coin is that a large portion of perps know about the lies and slander and simply don't care. These perps are recruited because they essentially are just participating for money and other materialistic incentives or because they have no other option. I.e.; informants wanting a reduced prison sentence for themselves or another (family member, spouse etc) or to get their child back from the state (CPS), and thus advised to cooperate with the state, through programs like C.O.P. How are harassment campaigns funded? - T ​ hrough the government or even by corporations and wealthy citizens, by plain and simply creating “false flags”.​ ​In other words...These campaigns are funded by agencies like Homeland Security through grants under the guise of "anti-terrorism” funds. These grants usually (but not always) trickle down hill from the government to your local politicians, to your local law enforcement and

security outfits, then down to groups like COP, and thus your average citizens. That's primarily how they keep this going from day to day and how the hierarchy can afford to distribute material incentives to street level perpetrators.

How is the harassment campaign against a target initiated? -​ Once an individual has been targeted, the harassment campaign is usually carried out under a false flag such as the guise of an “investigation”. City officials, law enforcement, or members of COP groups will, in most cases, go to community members, slandering the targeted individual in any way necessary to get said citizen to participate in the “monitoring” and thus stalking and harassment of the targeted individual.

What are the goals of the harassment campaign? - T ​ he true goal of the campaign is to paint the target as a “lesser-than” or an “UN-desirable” to his or her community and then covertly campaign to destroy the target's life through severe anxiety and stress to the point where the target can no longer cope with everyday mundane and normal tasks; such as holding down a job and a place to live. The underlying goals are to harass the target in such ways that render plausible deniability and make the target seem crazy or mentally ill when he or she openly complains about the harassment to family, friends, authorities or medical professionals. Thus isolating the target from any sort of support system. Sadly the ultimate goal is to force the target to commit suicide (population control) or a violent outburst such as homicide(s); thus falsely justifying the illegal, covert and criminal "monitoring" (harassment) of the target to the ignorant perps. Even though the campaign itself has pushed an otherwise kind, outgoing and loving person to a nervous breakdown that leads to these types of actions. It all goes back to creating false flags. The more false flags regarding terrorism, suspected terrorism or investigations that can be generated, the more grants can be allocated.

How is the harassment facilitated? -​ The environments not only include the target’s neighborhood, but any place he or she frequents. From the grocery store, to the shopping mall, to the workplace, to frequented hangouts.

How is the harassment carried out? - T ​ he harassment is carried out via gaslighting and various sensitizations. What is gaslighting and sensitization? Well first let us learn how perps gather Intel data to form a target's profile, so they can effectively gaslight and sensitize a target to begin with. Okay… Unbeknownst to the target, months or even years of intelligence data is gathered about him or her, prior to the campaign getting under full swing, to form the target's “profile”. This profile includes everything about the target. When I say everything, that's exactly what I mean. Including but not limited to: the target's favorite color, right or left handed, favorite food(s), favorite TV shows and movies, frequented places (stores etc), dislikes, fears, hobbies, sexual habits and tendencies, morning, noon, and nightly tendencies, dress code… what kind of toothpaste he or she uses. These are but a smidgen of examples, but you get the idea.

Well now I bet you're asking how the heck are the perps acquiring these details? The

means by which the most valuable and useful data is acquired in most cases is flat out illegal.​ ​Astonishingly the most sought after types of profile data are gained by means such as illegally “bugging” a target’s home with audio and video hardware and the target’s electronics (phones, tablets etc) with software (apps and viruses to intercept texts, calls and search engine history).

In any case, the methods of gathering profile data not only gather profile data prior to the campaign, but also ensures that profile data is maintained in real time. Scary?

Unethical? Un-american? I’d say so! Now… The actual tactics used in a harassment campaign are cleverly disguised in the target’s environment and are very subtle and seemingly commonplace to those not involved. The primary goal is to sensitize the target through forms of gaslighting that will eventually have devastating effects on the target (PTSD etc), while maintaining plausible deniability and discreditation of the target. The forms of gaslighting used are based on the target’s profile.

What is plausible deniability? - ​the ability for a person or group of people to be able to deny knowledge of or responsibility for their own (harmful) actions. PD is the bread and butter of any illegal harassment (investigation) and smear campaign. Which is why gaslighting (read below) is so common. You see… the tactics in these campaigns wouldn't revolve around maintaining constant PD if the slander/allegations against its target(s) were actually true.

What is gaslighting? - G ​ aslighting is an insidious form of mental torture that takes place subtly over an extended period of time and repetitively by means of sensitization.

It’s an old Stasi tactic that was used in Germany to make the victim gradually and over time, begin to question his or her own memory and perception of the past, present, and future. This is to quite literally drive the victim insane over time and eventually to produce false diagnoses of mental illness such as synthetic schizophrenia if you will.

In any case, there are a few forms of gaslighting, but I'm going to tell you about the most common form routinely used in community oriented policing…”Street Theatre”. Via street theater gaslighting is carried out by the networking of perpetrators who share some profile information and disinformation (slander) about the target. While participating in staged events (mostly indirect conversations) around the target, this info and disinfo about the target is mentioned loudly through seemingly innocent conversations being purposely held in close proximity around the target. They're essentially having an indirect, thus a one sided conversation with the target while holding their attention and posture towards another person… could be an innocent bystander or another perp. By doing this, the perpetrator(s) are covertly letting the target know that personal information, such as mundane and routine events that the target has done in the privacy of their home are known about them. Oftentimes during this street theatre the most simple things are mentioned, such as a unique phrase that the target said earlier that morning, what he or she had for breakfast, chores that were done that day etc. And

sometimes the gaslighting conversations get more personal than that and can refer to some embarrassing topics in reference to the target. I.e.; How frequently the target masturbates(d) or had sex in the privacy of his or her own home.

At any rate, again‌ this is done to let the target know that everything they do is monitored and that they have no privacy. It also serves to let the target know, in a covert and passive aggressive manner, that they are being harassed in such a way that is essentially invisible to normal bystanders. Thus if a bystander does over hear this street theater, all they perceive and hear is just an innocent conversation. They don't realize that they've bore witness to an insidious form of domestic terrorism and a violation of an innocent citizen’s civil rights.

Anyhow, in most cases disinformation is also mentioned in the street theater, but usually only after the perpetrators have gotten the attention of the target with the actual (private) information. This disinformation is usually only pieced together by the target over time and after observing many scenes with street theater perpetrators, and after noticing a pattern. The purpose of mentioning the disinformation after the actual (private) information, and thus getting the target's attention, is so that the target will eventually and automatically associate the disinformation with themselves.This disinformation is the most disturbing, because after numerous encounters, the target is left to wonder why so many different people, in so many different locations keep referring to their private (and unique) affairs, and then right after, to the same exact (disinformation) topics or exact phrases (in excess of the typical frequency that these types of conversations take place) while in close proximity to him or her. The disinformation in these repetitive patterned and scripted conversations can and usually are of an extremely serious nature. Usually including that of pedophillia, rape, murder, and incest. The more mild topics range from thievery to sexuality. This is a pattern of neuro linguistic programming to instill negative emotions, and associations. Again with seemingly meaningless repetitious phrases mixed with passive aggressive behavior (towards the target), from a vast array of perps over an very extended period. The idea is to get the target to eventually start questioning their senses and memory. I.e.; are they trying to tell me something? Why are random people whom I've never even seen crowding around me, acting passive aggressive towards me, while holding this familiar if not identical and grotesque conversation that I hear from many others in the same scripted pattern? Did I actually do (insert crime here)? The target begins to flash back to several previous encounters where over an extended period (months or years) they heard several (hundreds) people mention the same phrases or the same insidious topic that has no real significance or validity in the target’s experience.

Any attempt to share the gaslighting experiences with others will usually only serve to isolate the target further, as people will usually see the events as mere coincidences.

The target is, in most cases, seen as mentally ill. Which leads to an important portion of

this inhuman campaign... Isolation and discreditation of the target. Thus plausible deniability for the perps and hierarchy.

During this phase, perpetrators will also manufacture evidence (entrapment) against the target, regarding the slander and disinformation that the target has endured. They then proceed to employ and deploy their minions to harass the target about the false evidence that they've knowingly manufactured. This is another attempt to get the target to question his or her own memory and perception of events, while essentially trying to convince the target that he or she is a bad person and/or that they've committed a crime.

Which now leads me to the broad topic of sensitization.

What is sensitization? - “​ Water dripping on a rock will wear that rock down over time” Sensitization is an indirect learning process in which repetitive administration of a stimulus over time results in the progressive amplification of a response, such as fear and anxiety. This is a valuable tool for gangstalkers on the street level, but especially for the hierarchy of the campaign. I.e.; government, law enforcement and/or groups like COP etc etc. Stimuli can be virtually anything to do with sight and sound (even smell in some instances); certain colors, sounds, phrases, vehicle makes and models etc. This can be hard for most to understand or believe if they haven't been a victim of a harassment campaign, because most stimuli that's used are seemingly commonplace.

Thus rendering the much needed buffer from prosecution and imprisonment that plausible deniability offers the hierarchy and street level perps. Sensitization through stimuli… a very useful tool indeed. To summarize and put this entire thing into perspective, I’ll share a fraction of my own experiences below. Consider the following…

Imagine you're sitting in an empty restaurant eating a meal, minding your own business, when a group of people come in and sit in the booth behind you. Now imagine the people (perpetrators) start in with street theatre, referencing a meal you ate days prior in the privacy of your home. Imagine that this meal consisted of an extremely unique if not awkward combination of spaghetti, catfish and turnips. Now imagine that, because of the months of conditioning that you've endured, that you automatically assume the conversation that you're hearing is soon and like clockwork going to turn into something insidious and grotesque. Now imagine that their conversation quickly turns to pedophilia, accusing some person that has the same name as you or your middle name. Imagine that this is the 5th conversation you've heard today regarding spaghetti, catfish, turnips, and pedophilia apparently perpetrated by someone whom has the same first name as yours or your middle name. Imagine these types of conversations (street theater) happen in a close proximity to you on a daily basis, numerous times throughout the day.

Now imagine that you're driving through your neighborhood in the south-side of fairbanks, and literally dozens of vehicles are sitting in their respective driveways with their hazards on. Block after block. Dozens of them. So now you're like … Huh… that was really strange. So you get onto Cushman St. and head towards Airport way. As you get onto Airport, a car and a truck get in behind you with their hazards on. They both follow you to Fredmeyers. Now imagine that this behavior continues for a couple of weeks and then tapers off. Well hey, they've done their job and now you've been sensitized to any vehicle with its hazards on. Thus from then on, anytime you see a vehicle with it's hazards on, you kick into fight or flight mode and panic. Because, well atleast for me, I couldn't discern their motives behind such bizarre events. So anytime from then on that I saw a vehicle with it's hazards on, all I know was that at one point in time, for weeks, that it was routine for vehicles to get behind me and follow me with their hazards on. Thus making me skeptical of any vehicle I see with its hazards on.

Or imagine a TI no longer has his vehicle and is walking home from across town at random, spontaneous times everyday and he rounds the same corner of a four way stop only to see a random vehicle sitting up at the next four way intersection a block away with their hazards on. And imagine like clockwork, as soon as the TI reaches the intersection the driver (perp) drives away and honks three times as he or she drives away. This going on for days on end.

Imagine a target keeps getting sensitized to the same exact person, wearing the same exact color patterns, showing up in any public restroom he or she uses, no matter where they're at or what time of day it is… on a daily basis, for days and months on end.

Imagine as a routine that the perp walks into the restroom eyeballing the TI and consistently uses the urinal next to the one that the TI is using, and as is routine (once again) starts passing gas loudly and starts in on a loud and annoying coughing fit… spitting lugies and acting passive aggressive towards the TI. As is the same clearly scripted and patterned, routine from the same person on a consistent and daily basis.

Imagine that you finally get a mundane and lowly job at a Carls Jr. after tactfully distributing immaculate and pristine resumes and applications throughout the town.

Imagine that you work your way up to manager with the quickness and some of these same perpetrators, among others, start showing up at your job rendering their gaslighting and street theatre harassment while you're trying to simply earn a menial wage so you can function in society.

Imagine that a cowardly terroristic minded individual who is affiliated with a community oriented policing group, has a vendetta against you and now they're completely and utterly abusing the infrastructure and essence of that program entirely, just to make you miserable. To essentially slowly kill you. Imagine that enduring this non-stop domestic terrorism is just an integral part of your life now… here in the United States Of America.

Imagine that this gaslighting and theater just happened to you for the thousandth time, and after months of this harassment you finally decide to write an entire paper on the matter… because you're not as dumb as they think you are, and they aren't as smart as they think they are. But I digress. It’s not how smart you are or what you know. It’s who you know and what you can prove.
