Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is pleased to announce that Patrick B. Feilke is joining the firm as a Partner as the firm opens a new office in Little Rock to serve clients in the Southern United States. The new office is located at 400 W. Capitol Ave., Suite 1720, Little Rock, AR, 72201. This is HBS’s first office in Arkansas.
Caleb Hollinger has joined Friday Eldredge & Clark LLP in Little Rock as an associate.
Kutak Rock announced that attorney L. Kyle Heffley has joined the firm’s national litigation practice group as of counsel and will be resident in the firm’s Rogers office. Mr. Heffley focuses his practice on trial work with a special emphasis on healthcare litigation.

Volunteer for an upcoming AR Free Legal Answers Clinic. At these clinics, attorneys and law student volunteers work together to answer questions received from low-and moderate-income Arkansans who can’t afford an attorney. The clinics all take place on Zoom from noon to 1pm CT. https://www.signupgenius.com/ go/10c0d4ea4ac2ca1fac16-august This program qualifies for your Pro Bono CLE. Attorneys can claim one hour of credit for every 3 hours of pro bono work, with a maximum of 3 hours of credit per CLE year according to Rule 4 of the Rules for Minimum Continuing Legal Education.
