Dr. Cody Bauer didn’t have to look far for a role model. Growing up in Mansfi eld, he spent time watching his dad, Family Dentist John Bauer, forge relationships with generations of patients, many of whom became personal friends. Mansfield Family Dentist was a home away from home for Cody and his siblings, especially since the offi ce manager was their mom, Terri. When it was time to choose a career, Cody knew he wanted to follow in his dad’s footsteps. In 2009, Dr. Cody Bauer joined the practice, continuing the family legacy and carrying on the vision his mom and dad started more than 40 years ago. Cody not only brought a breath of fresh air into the practice but his own skillset and expertise. Dr. Cody quickly became known as for his fun and compassionate chairside manner and his special connection with younger patients. Kids appreciate how stress-free he makes their time in his chair.
