Arne Eliasson, a Psychiatry Resident Physician at the Carl R Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Cavazos, Texas, has distinguished himself through a robust academic and professional career, establishing him as a leader in his field. Following high school, he attended Montgomery College, where he was a part of the Montgomery Scholars Program, enabling him to study abroad at Cambridge University and participate in a scholarly tour of China He later earned a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, focusing on Latin American Studies, from Johns Hopkins University in 2010.

Professionally, his early career began as a bicycle messenger in Baltimore, Maryland During this time, he founded Epic Couriers LLC, a successful bicycle courier company he eventually sold His commitment to helping others led him to volunteer and later work as a Patient Care Coordinator at the Shepherd's Clinic for the Uninsured in Baltimore until his acceptance into medical school in 2018.

Arne's pursuit of a medical career advanced at Goucher College in Maryland, where he completed the necessary courses for medical school, culminating in his acceptance into the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in Bethesda, Maryland Commissioned as an officer in the United States Army in 2018, he underwent rigorous training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma He served in various roles at Military Treatment Facilities across the country, including a significant period as a platoon leader at USUHS, where he participated in extensive combat casualty and trauma medicine training through exercises like Operation Bushmaster

He graduated from USUHS in 2022 and joined the Carl R. Darnall Army Psychiatry Residency Program, where he continues to contribute to his field He has published several articles in respected medical journals and presented at conferences such as the American Psychiatric Association meeting.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Arne leads a fulfilling personal life with his wife, also a physician, and their child They reside in the Texas hill country, enjoying various outdoor activities An avid hiker, he has completed the Appalachian Trail and undertaken pilgrimages in Spain.
