Salmon is a wonderful fish whose trademark bright orange color. It can be prepared in a wide variety of fish recipes and learning how to cook salmon is never a difficult task. - 4 salmon fillets - 6 tablespoons teriyaki marinade, or soy sauce - 50 g sesame seeds - 400 broccoli, mangetout, or your favorite vegetables - ½ large red chili - 2 teaspoon ginger, grated - 1 garlic clove, crushed How to Prepare Dip salmon fillets in teriyaki marinade and coat with the sesame seeds. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry each fillet on each side for 5 minutes. Steam the broccoli and mange tout. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan and add in garlic, chili, and ginger. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the other vegetables and stir-fry for another 2 minutes, splashing with the marinade.
