This application to b the President of AIESEC Ethiopia Member Committe Team 2014/2015 is the waking up chance. After 6 months of ambition to expand in 2013/2014 for AIESEC Ethiopia with the Gursha experience, it is currently happening. For you and your team mates it will be the year of sustainability. A year of diversity, a year of developing and aligning all of AIESEC in Ethiopia. It's going to be the year of more quality experiences. Quality of Leadership developed in LCs even much more, quality of relations established with all the stakeholders (members, universities, BOA, companies). It will be the year of walking the talk, the year to deliver on promises. It will be the time for AIESEC to engage Ethiopians. Considering that AIESEC Ethiopia is the UBS Global Entrepreneurship Excellence Award Winner 2012, you will be responsible to really spread AIESEC around Ethiopia and involve as many Ethiopians as possible. AIESEC in Ethiopia is a FULL MEMBER entity and it will be your responsibility to sustain it in terms of membership, culture and assets. But all of these are nothing without the right leaders to drive them and to envision the right goals. You will grow and discover incredible learning, memories, people, and emotions. MC Team will live together in MC flat in Addis Ababa – accommodation is provided. MC office is set in Addis Ababa – internet infrastructure is provided MCP & MC team will receive a salary of almost 100 € from AIESEC Ethiopia depending on the reality as at the time of selection. Vacation days will be defined by the team at the beginning of the term. Attendance to International Congress in Taiwan will be covered by MC budget according to MC sustainability and MC policies defined by the MCPe and MC team Elected.
AIESEC in Ethiopia term is officially starting 1st July 2014 and ending 30th June 2015. MCP and team members are required to be in Addis Ababa by the 15th of June 2014. Transition with the current MC team starts immediately after MCP and MCVP selection. Travel and Fee for National Conferences organized in Ethiopia are provided by MC budget. Expenses for travel and fee to International Conferences [IC, Pioneers, XPROs, other regional and international conferences] will be covered by AIESEC Ethiopia budget according to money availability in Conferences Fund. Attendance of IPM 2014 in China between February and March is highly recommended AIESEC in Ethiopia will support in visa processing & insurance coverage only. Ethiopia
