Flashlight Egg Hunt starts at 6 p.m. at
black-tie event and fundraiser for the Cherokee County Educational Foundation, will be held virtually. Last year’s gala raised $80,000; all proceeds are funneled to the students and staff of the Cherokee County School District through grant programs. The Cherokee Music Teachers Association will hold a meeting at Reinhardt’s Falany Performing Arts Center at 10 a.m., followed by a program on Russian Romanticism, presented by Dr. Raffi Besalyn, assistant professor of piano at Georgia State University.
