MACEY'S HOUSE, SANTO DOMINGO D.R.| 2018
Detached house of 2 levels located in the Colinas del Oeste, Santo Domingo, D.R., This architectural project was designed based on the requirements and regulations of the place, this guaranteeing the habitability conditions. House with gable roof, with 14.30 meters in front and 15.24 meters deep, both the front and the back facade will be covered with natural stone that combined with fine plasters will give a warm appearance to the exterior of the house.
CABRERA CANARIO'S HOUSE - LOS ALCARRIZOS, D.R.| 2018
The House Cabrera Canario, was a design created by me, designed, budgeted and built, using the construction system of masonry and hormigon. First Floor Plan: Garage, hall, living room, dining room integrated with the kitchen, laundry, ½ bathroom and a tv room for the family. Second Floor Plan: Three bedroom, each one with their bathroom and walk in closet.

VILLA WEGMAN | 2016 Located in Las Terrenas, Samaná, Dom. Rep. was projected as a beach house, in which the contemporary style converges, by the presentation of forms and the site material, without leaving with the natural environment of integration.
REMODELING OF LAS CAOBAS CHURCH, LAS CAOBAS, D.R. | 2015
Las Caobas Church
This remodeling project is accompanied by an exterior space project aimed at transforming and improving the recreation area without damage the original building. The volume of the structure is preserved and the appearance of the front facade is restored using traditional materials and methods.
The church redesign project is based on the analysis of existing facilities, showing the deterioration of the environments and their functionality, aesthetics and formality, being necessary to create outdoor spaces for recreation and access for the disabled people.
Redesign the exterior area of the church to offer an inclusive space for people with disabilities and who can access in wheelchairs. For this, a ramp was made and the main staircase was designed and integrated with the other architectural elements, such as a cafeteria for example.

Design and Conceptualization
In the Dominican Republic we know several docks that have been remodeled and are at the forefront of their concepts, however, the Santo Domingo Este pier, is a connection between two cities and suffers the problematic of is at the expense of garbage, the poor conditioning of its facilities and loud noise. To rescue this beautiful city area, the project was launched through the Dominican Government under the name Boulevard of Jhonny Pacheco.

Urban renovation of La Merced Foundation recreational plaza, It is a project that seeks to improve the quality of the inhabitants of the Sector Las Palmas de Herrera, Santo Domingo, through the improvement of public spaces, that promote social articulation and environmental protection. It is an integrating project of physical and natural spaces which takes as a detonating point the restructuring of the site to boost the existing environment, seeking to promote different activities for residents of the sector such as walking, riding bicycles, playground for children, painting workshops, music, multipurpose court, etc.

It is a cozy space that by its orientation and zenith opening will be able to introduce clarity throughout the church. The entire surface will be white and clean for greater luminosity. This design is integrated by a space without any element that can distort the radically important in a sacramental chapel, this offering a sober architecture, clean of shapes and ornaments.

Sorsata, is an interior and exterior remodeling project that involves the construction of a restaurant bar and lounge. This project has an existing first level, the idea is to build the second level and remodel the entire exterior facade.
