Mediterranean style home that incorporates aspects of various older architectural styles including Spanish revival, Spanish colonial, and the Italian renaissance. In the United States, the style became popular first in California and Florida in the Exterior1920s. is highlighted by wheat color stucco and contrasting brown shingle roof. A wide threshold entry attached tower and wood garage doors finish off the Mediterranean curb appeal. Upon entry to the home, you’ll step into the large great room wide - open floor plan layout with great view to the terrace Onpool.the left side of the home, a large master suite that includes his/her vanities, walk-in closet, an enclosed toilet, and a walk-in shower. The aim for this development was to project five two story homes in a subdivision lot previously approved with five narrow subdivided lots with an average of 45 feet width in comply with NS-1 zoning requirements.

The axis of development and planning is the functional flux of the cigar production for a building divided into 3 main industrial ships with well-defined process to maximize the efficiency of the product and the flux of the labor. This process is very well planned from the income of the primal material to the finished product for exportation.
Brie roect descrition: Fuentes Companies founded in 1912 with four generations in the industry of Tobacco, has become a global benchmark for the cigar industry. In 2018 was announced Arturo Fuente Cigars back to Nicaragua since 1970’s first appearance. Fuente has returned to build a cigar factory in the heart of Estelí with the name “La Bella Vecina”.

The entire project comprised a total land area of approximately 7.2 acres (2.93 hectares) which is planned in two phases. The first phase is planned to be developed with 10.000 square meters of construction and the second phase with an additional 3,000 square meters.

As a tribute to Nicaragua, the conceptual design that the owners were planning is a colonial design inspired in Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. The majestic façade and the concept for the entire site was planned to give the dramatic touch and resemblance of the more than 100 years of tradition.
