It has resorted to a three boxes with differents uses. For the day, evening and storage; then the houses have been created playing with that pieces. The result is three different houses with a common origin. Se ha recurrido a un tipo de viviendas separadas en módulos de día, noche y almacenamiento; para después ir jugando con éstos a diferentes alturas. Así resultan tres tipos de viviendas cada una diferente a las anteriores pero guardando cierta relación. PLANTA +1 / FLOOR +1

The final project is about urban regeneration around an old hospital, named La Fe, from Valencia. The plot is located on a northern city suburb, which its have been abandoned because their use was exclusive for the hospital. To unify the plot, some buildings have been demolished, and cnreated new highways. El proyecto final de carrera trata sobre regeneración urbana en los alrededores del antiguo hospital La Fe de Valencia. La parcela se encuentra en un barrio periférico al norte de la ciudad de Valencia en estado de abandono ya que su uso era exclusivo del hospital. e propone el derribo de algunos edificios para la apertura de nuevas calzadas y el cierre de otras, y así unificar la parcela con la superior.

A new building in the heart of the plot containing applications will serve the rest of the buildings. It will contain a variety of uses, including sports facilities in housing and other multidisciplinary areas in its middle floor. Rematando la actuaciรณn con un edificio de nueva planta en el centro neurรกlgico de la parcela. Dicho edificio contendrรก usos muy diversos, como pistas deportivas en la cubierta y otras zonas multidisciplinares en su planta intermedia.

The space fits in a backpack that can be carried anywhere and, because of its automatically inflatable system it can be installed within seconds at the desired location. It can be placed whether in the ground, water or even floating in the air. El espacio cabe en una mochila que se puede transportar a cualquier parte y que, gracias a su hinchado automรกtico, se instala en cuestion de segundos en el lugar deseado. Pudiendo dominar tanto el aire, el agua como la tierra.

An expositive path in which the tiles are the abstractor element. A curve route inside an square of 5x5 meters with two walls in both sides made of tiles of different sizes. Those tiles are reutilized,and the space is illuminated through them. The exposition is fused with that walls, appearing some holes in which you can see the photographs. Lastly, the space is covered by a black canvas in order to ease the light intensity inside of it. Un recorrido expositivo curvo incrustado en un cuadrado de 5x5 metros con dos paredes hechas de azulejos suspendidos de diferentes tamaños. Éstos azulejos son reciclados, y el espacio se ilumina a través de sus juntas. A lo largo de dicho recorrido, van apareciendo zonas vacías en las que se posicionan las fotografías. Finalmente, el espacio está cubierto por una lona negra, facilitando así la iluminación del espacio interior.

Competition in which a new way to reuse cardboard boxes is proposed. We received them normally as containers for other products and then we throw them away. Due to its geometrical dimensions, they fit as simple shelves. To build the storage we only need to 3d print the three types of pieces to stack the boxes depending our necessities. Concurso que propone nuevos usos para las cajas de cartón que normalmente recibimos para el reparto de otros productos y acaban en la basura. Se propone construir una estantería con ellas debido a su geometría. Para ello sólo necesitaríamos imprimir en 3d una serie de piezas para unirlas a nuestro gusto.

The boxes are stacked regarding the needs of the user and the room where its placed. Therefore we can arrange them as a library in the living room, as a common shelving or even as cubicles on the hall of the apartment. Las cajas se apilan dependiendo de las necesidades del usuario y de la estancia dónde se vaya a colocar. Por ello, podemos formar con ellas una pequeña biblioteca, una estantería para la sala de estar o hasta un pequeño mueble de cubículos en el recibidor del apartamento.
