Berdasarkan latar belakang terdapat sarana dan prasarana yang kurang dari Kawasan Pantai Nirwana ini, sehingga mendorong adanya ide untuk mengembangkan kawasan wisata ini, berupa perencanaan fasilitas utama dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya.

PEMILIHANLOKASI ANALISIS Alternatif Lokasi Lokasi Terpilih

Pantai Nirwana berada di jalan Hayam Wuruk, Kelurahan Sulaa Kecamatan Betoambari. Akses untuk menuju pantai ini cukup mudah karena berada di poros jalan utama. Infrastruktur lainnya juga sudah tersedia seper jaringan listrik, air bersih dan transportasi, mengingat jalan ini berada pada jalan poros maka telah tersedia halte di area entrance. Untuk alternaf tapak, Kawasan Pantai Nirwana terbagi menjadi dua segmen yaitusegmenAdansegmenB.
