BACKGROUND Inspired by USA Network’s iconic Characters Welcome brand, Character Project turned a lens on America’s Characters. character from each filmmaker’s unique perspective. Each was shown in a shipping container which only accommodated 18 guests per viewing. OUR ROLE AND RESULT With three weeks notice, XA contracted Victory to provide a team of 24 people for three days in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago. Our objective was to ensure the public was informed of the films through a strategic marketing campaign. Each team member was educated on the films and event flow— important to each guest’s appearance. We staffed all viewing locations in each city for 11-hour shifts. We provided a street team to encourage traffic to the viewing locations. Despite inclement weather, we helped to exceed the anticipated volume of attendees.

OUR ROLE AND RESULT Victory Models represented all Sponsors from “Wonderful Pistachio” and “Patron” to “Aqua Hydrate” and “Heavenly Resorts.” Our responsibility was to make sure the guests were having a great time, managing the photo booth, and socializing with the VIP crowd. Our models also represented ”Touch” a new sport clothing line by Alyssa Milano! Our team of sixteen models, over the course of two days, were prepared with a thorough knowledge of the venue, the event, and client and guest needs. The event was a great success.

Edu-train program (Educate + Entertain) was created. It included teambuilding activities that engendered enthusiasm while educating employees on brand. OUR ROLE AND RESULT We had five teams of two on the road for the three-month tour “Edu-training” over 12,000 associates at 141 different stores throughout, Georgia, South Carolina and Florida. Our brand ambassadors brought their bright, outgoing, professional, and infectious positive attitudes everyday to the stores complete with a stage, backdrop, sound system set-up/breakdown at each location and nightly event recaps with photos and videos. Victory conducted team calls each night to communicate any areas that could be tweaked, enhanced or modified to ensure the most successful activations possible.
