Mosaics are not limited to fragmented granules. Concrete is not just simple and conventional.
Based on the theory of artistic aesthetics, the changes and unification of mosaics and concretes endow the shapes with a new order, in which the free combinations in repeated movements arouse the perception of art. In order to better present the mosaic patterns, we carry out deep analysis of the structural features of various raw materials in concrete and combine them into a unique form.
Over 100 kinds of patterns, with more than 300 repeated trials and over 700 days of special and deep research, are just for high-quality mosaic-inlay. All this is indeed difficult, but is worthwhile for the beauty of mosaic.
The integrated molding of mosaic inlay has extremely high requirements of its production techniques, and the combination of mosaic and concrete can express the more emotion towards building space than general materials. We insist on turning the fragmented mosaic pattern hard to control into surfaces with overlaying, coagulation and standardized mold. At this moment, the fragment is no longer synonymous with mosaic!
In materials, we use pulverized glass particles as aggregate to produce ultra-high-performance concrete, and take glass mosaic pattern with high hardness as the surface, which enhances the structural density, intensity and hardness of the product, bringing about a fantastic “chemical reaction”.
In application, we have realized the modularized and standardized construction, accurately controlled the flatness of the mosaic pattern and the falling-off of the granules and reduced construction difficulty, allowing our products to spread over every corner of life and enabling you to witness the beauty of the mosaic.
