Quattro nuove collezioni che hanno in comune un percorso di connessione materica e grafica: da un lato la tradizione come punto di partenza dall’altra l’investigazione della materia ceramica attraverso l’uso della più moderna ingegnerizzazione. Mantenere il meglio della tradizione attraverso l’innovazione, in una raffinata sintesi di stile, gusto e cultura. La cura di ogni minimo dettaglio per interpretare e restituire l’essenza profonda della materia trattata. La bellezza dell’imperfezione. Mujo, trae la propria ispirazione dalla visione giapponese denominata Wabi-Sabi fondata sulla transitorietà delle cose. Le caratteristiche di imperfezione e impermanenza vengono assunte ad accezione positiva. È una terracotta declinata in un formato ormai da molti considerato desueto, quasi antico, il 31x31, ma che è modulo, è storia. Lo abbiamo preferito per evidenziare il risultato cromatico d’insieme della superficie, una miscellanea di materia e colori compatibili tra di loro che combinandosi producono una superfie dalla connotazione artigianale ma di produzione industriale.

The beauty of imperfection. Mujo, draws its inspiration from the Japanese vision called Wabi-Sabi founded on the transience of things. The characteristics of imperfection and impermanence are assumed with a positive meaning. It’s a terracotta declined in a format now considered by many to be obsolete, almost ancient, 31x31, but that is form, history. We preferred it to highlight the overall chromatic result of the surface, a mix of compatible materials and colors that, when combined, produce a surface with an artisanal connotation but made by an industrial production.

It is a “ceramized” gray lava stone, that is treated in an “artistic” manner through the application of colored granules powders that create textures on the compact surface.The melting of the material at very high temperature creates a highly resistant surface for use as a covering and floor.The decorative textures are made of 15x120 board to offer more modularity to the design needs. The monotony of floor is interpreted by rhe use of 7 different plain colours in size 10x60.

È una pietra lavica di colore grigio“ceramizzata”, ovvero trattata in maniera “artistica” mediante l’applicazione di polveri colorate di graniglia che disegnano texturizzazioni sulla superficie compatta. La fusione della materia ad altissima temperatura crea una superficie ad elevata resistenza per l’impiego a rivestimento e pavimento. Le texture decorative sono realizzate su listone 15x120 per offrire più modularità alle esigenze di progettazione. Completano la collezione 7 tinte unite nel formato 10x60 cm spezzando la monotonia” del pavimento.

I temi chiave sono il colore, la materia e il ritorno alla tradizione. La sfida è recuperare le antiche tecniche del passato con l’applicazione di nuove tecnologie per raggiungere nuovi obiettivi di impiego. In altre parole “flessibilità”, prodotti multifunzione che si adattano a spazi polivalenti considerando il colore come un effetto positivo sulla nostra salute e sul nostro benessere.

Key themes are color, matter, and looking back to tradition. The challenge is to recover ancient techniques from the past with the application of new technologies to achieve new goals of applications. In other words “flexibility”, multi-function products that fit multi-purpose spaces considering the colour as a positive effect on our health and wellbeing.

Disponbile in 16 soggetti grafici.

Based on the 20x20 square module,Terra Mia is a mediterranean-inspired ceramic collection that comes from the desire to treat a material rich in history such as the hand-painted ceramics of the past in a contemporary key through the use of modern technologies without altering the original spirit. Manufatto

Nasce dal bagaglio delle esperienze ceramiche passate di produzione artigianale e le fa proprie in un prodotto riproducibile su larga scala con una ripetizione sequenziale che non ne annulla l’antica forza ma la esalta. È piastrella fatta di materia e colore. Così Manufatto è una collezione che si compone di sei colori declinati in due forme, liscia e diamantata, per creare infinite possibilità compositive.

Born from the baggage of the past ceramics experiences of artisanal production and makes them his own in a product reproducible on a large scale with a sequential repetition that does not cancel the ancient strength but exalts it. It is a tile made of material and color. So Manufatto is a collection that consists of six colors declined in two shapes, smooth and diamond-cut, to create infinite compositional possibilities.
