15:30pm-15:35pm Masters of Ceremony (Portuguese and English Version) – Welcome session, event introduction and presentation. 15:35pm-15:40pm National Anthem by the military band and the singer, Albertino Évora. 15:40pm–16:10pm Speeches 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. 16:10pm-17:00pm Performance - Parade show on stage of Tabanka groups from Achada Grande, Santo António and Várzea; - Performance of 40 Batucaderas; - Kolá San Jon group of Santo Antão and Mandigas; - Battery Queens of three carnival groups; - Percussion group and Gamal dance; - The Carnival Queen and others group elements "Vindos do Oriente” from São Vincente. - The Big Final with several artists on stage (guests and municipal artists).

10:45am to 11:15am and 15:45pm to 16:15pm "Project 9 Voices", with Nhofe, Raquel, Yoan Lacerda and Valter da Lomba and others local artists, with emphasis on the traditional music of Cabo Verde, emphasizing the Morna, with band composed by Ivan Medina, guests and more dancers.
14:00pm to 18:00pm Lively animation stands, up to the closing time, with all the local artists present.
