Art Santa Fe is an intimate contemporary fair that welcomes world-class art and design presented by a diverse range of regional, national, and international exhibitors. In a city with a robust arts climate, the three-day fair provides a unique opportunity for galleries, dealers, established collectives, and solo artists to showcase cutting-edge fine art, decorative art, and design. Celebrating our 25th anniversary in 2025, Art Santa Fe is known for its exceptional presentation, with a curated selection of exhibitors presenting for sale one-of-a-kind works in a gallerystyle venue.

Art Santa Fe is two fairs under one roof. Here’s a closer look at what makes each pavilion within Art Santa Fe unique.

ART SANTA FE GALLERY PAVILION

The Art Santa Fe Pavilion features wellestablished galleries, art publishers, and artist collectives. It’s why thousands of industry insiders in search of cutting-edge contemporary art and design from galleries worldwide flock to Santa Fe each July.

THE [SOLO] PAVILION

The [SOLO] Pavilion is the ultimate venue for independent artists, fine art photographers, functional object artists, and designers to be discovered—not only by gallery owners and art dealers but also by collectors and enthusiasts in search of exciting new works.

Together, Art Santa Fe and the [SOLO] Pavilion offer collectors, gallery owners, art dealers, designers, and shoppers the unique opportunity to connect with blue-chip galleries and emerging artists—all under one roof.

Celebrating its 25th edition and Santa Fe Art Week, Art Santa Fe 2025 will be a gathering of exceptional galleries, independent artists, collectives, and designers from around the world in a city that boasts a vibrant creative scene and economic support for all things art and design. Here are some facts and figures from our 2024 fair:

THE VENUE

Taking place at the beautiful Santa Fe Community Convention Center in the heart of the city, Art Santa Fe welcomes its esteemed exhibitors and attendees to a beautiful gallery-style venue. Built in 2008, the convention center stays true to Santa Fe’s historic adobe architecture and combines the best of old and new, with traditional Navajo rugs, Spanish colonial tin accents, and carved furniture accent pieces made by local artisans throughout the building.

HOW IT WORKS

Criteria: A wide array of one-of-a-kind art and design is on display, including paintings, photography, limited edition prints, sculpture, glassworks, ceramics, wearable art and accessories, objects, functional art, design, and more.

Application: If you feel your gallery or studio and artwork would be a good fit for Art Santa Fe, apply online.

Preparation: Exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor Manual, which covers all operational aspects of exhibiting at the fair. Exhibitors are expected to meet a high standard of presentation for the fair and review all the resources we make available, as well as sign off on a Booth Display

Acceptance Form. Exhibitors are also provided with complimentary digital Collector ePasses to give out to key collectors and guests.

Curation: Our Exhibitor Committee consists of four art industry professionals with outstanding reputations and experience in galleries, art industry business, and artist development. Upon acceptance from the Exhibitor Committee, a booth location will be assigned.

Fee: It is free to apply to the fair. Once accepted into the fair, you will be requested to pay a 30% deposit to secure your place. The remaining 70% will be due 120 days prior to fair’s opening date.

A Single Booth Package Includes:

• 10-foot-high finished gallery-style white walls

• Four lights for booths over 40 square feet and smaller

• Booth blade signage

• First-day booth cleaning

• Furniture package

PRICING VARIES DEPENDING ON BOOTH SIZE

A [SOLO] Single Booth Package Includes:

• 10-foot-high finished gallery-style white walls

• 4’ x 10’ booth equalling 18 linear feet

• Four lights

• Booth blade signage

• First-day booth cleaning

• Stool provided for booth. (No other furniture allowed unless approved in advance.)

BOOTH PRICE: Starting at $1,995.

FAIR AMENITIES

• Architecturally designed floor plan with 10-foot walls and wide aisles for optimal traffic flow and better viewing for buyers

• A fully built booth with spotlights and booth blade signage

• Rigorous exhibitor practices, including precise hanging, storage, and display procedures that will be strictly enforced throughout the event. Extended curatorial oversight and assistance, improved pre-fair seminars and training, and a Online Art Gallery are all part of exhibiting at Art Santa Fe.

• An Exhibitor Cooperative Ad Program that includes a multitude of advertising and marketing initiatives including street banners, advertising, digital marketing campaigns, signage, public relations, multimedia advertising, email campaigns, partnership marketing, online art gallery, digital VIP, Trade, and Collector ePass program, social media campaigns and promotions, and more.
