The coronavirus pandemic has drawn attention to the fragility of our system. The pandemic has caused jobs to be lost, prevented farmers from working on their farms, put restrictions on trade, broken supply chains and caused some people to hoard more food than they can consume leaving others who can’t afford it with barely anything .Indian migrant workers during the COVID-19 pandemic have faced multiple hardships. With factories and workplaces shut down due to the lockdown imposed in the country, millions of migrant workers had to deal with the loss of income, food shortages and uncertainty about their future. Following this, many of them and their families went hungry. Thousands of them then began walking back home, with no means of transport due to the lockdown. We all are quite aware that during the pandemic the worst hit in our country are the migrants and the strata of people who lived just on the footpaths with no roof on their heads. So we have designed a prototype.
