ABOUT US
ARYO FALAKROU (ARCH. TECH. AIBC, ASTTBC) I have designed several homes for my clients in Vancouver (Lower Mainland), some which were developers and many others home owners. I found my design style over the years and my passion is to follow my dreams and make sure my clients live in the comfort of their homes. My Design Style: Open concept, with special attention to entry & foyer. Kitchen usually positioned in the center where it can serve to majority of the house. I value social life style and kitchen plays a main role. If the space allows, I like to have a separation between family area and the living room to serve not very familiar guests. A family room serves family gathering for gaming or watching TV. Transparency and Light: I love lots of natural lights and of course to be able to decorate with artificial lighting for night ambiance. Functionality or beauty? I’m not a graphic designer nor a structural engineer, I like to be able to balance both beauty and functionality to create a desirable space for my client. Physical, landscape and city bylaw challenges? Bring it on! At the end of the day, I love to be able to meet my client’s expectations after facing all those challenges. I’m not afraid of using the most up to date techniques and technologies in my designs. What I don’t like is to have too many hallways & chambers. Ease of access is my priority.

Deo Family home (Richmond)
This 12,600 sq.ft. mansion with 1400 sq.ft. 4 car garage designed and built in Richmond farmland a state of modern art. This multi-million dollar house with semi flat roof and lots of open spaces and high ceilings creates lots of space for the family to enjoy their all season accommodation. Swimming pool with a change room in the yard and plenty of patio in the back yard for family parties.
Trotic Family home (Surrey)
Surrey has a diverse home designs from modern, west coast or contemporary. We designed a semi-modern, craftsman house for a very specious site. This semi-flat roof is home for a family with environmental cautiousness in mind. In the heart of Surrey, with a modern design for a modern family.
Sangar Famiy home (West Vancouver)
The Contemporary design with west coast architectural elements makes this home style one that won’t get boring any time soon. This custom home been designed and built for an aged family considering their needs and for a future younger family.

With revers plans, this three storey looks modest from street yet spacious and characteristic show cases it’s contemporary look in the neighborhood. The slope lot was challenging to create a proper floor plan to accommodate the need of a new family who want to enjoy the neighbourhood and the beautiful view from their bedroom and the living room. Renovation Projects Brown Family home (West Vancouver) Addition of 1,000 sq.ft. above floor and creating a new master suite whith over 300 sq.ft. of deck facing ocean view.
Mozafari Family home (New Westminster) A major renovation of a heritage style home with low headroom basement. The work included to add a basement suite by digging the basement floor to add height and extension to the yard to create a moor roomy kitchen. Upstairs master bedroom had a low headroom attic which is been raised to a flat roof to create a 9’ high room.
Bayview home (South Surrey) This modern Surrey home will be an icon in the area. Modern structure with modern finishing replaces the Vancouver special home with the whole new look. We added about 2000 sq.ft. by taking the entire roof off and add a semi-flat roof and extension to side yard. In order to appreciate the view, we added bigger and taller windows and vaulted ceilings.
Kings Ave. home (West Vancouver) A modern design with west coast elements in Ambelside area of West Vancouver. An extensive renovation to add a second floor, and adding a secondary suite plus the main floor extension as well as a new upper floor with a master suite. Huge roof-deck with an awesome view. That’s what a West Vancouver home with a view needs, a great deck to enjoy the scenery.
