Asaf Guttman is a highly-accomplished professional in the multimedia industry. He graduated from New York University's Institute of Audio Research and recorded two Recording Workshop projects using various consoles and tape machines. As part of CCW, he also constructed and designed four circuitry projects. In 1992, Guttman began undertaking engineering, communications, video editing, and film production courses at Union County College, where he majored in engineering. While studying at Union County College from 1992 until 1994, Guttman was responsible for setting up and running audio and video equipment for special campus events. Founded in 1933, Union County College became the first of Garden State's public community colleges. Today, the college has four accredited campuses under the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. Guttman is no stranger to professional accreditations, having over 25 certifications, accreditations, and training pieces. He is proud to be a two-time AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist. AVIXA is a nonprofit trade association representing audiovisual and information communications professionals globally. The certification demonstrates Guttman's superior knowledge and skills in the audiovisual sector and his commitment to professional growth. As a member of the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA), Guttman is committed to working with the latest technologies to offer the best solutions to clients. He is also passionate about giving back to his community and routinely volunteers for good causes in and around his local community. When he is not working or volunteering, Guttman enjoys international travel, technology, automotive racing, and remote control model racing. He is bilingual in English and Hebrew and resides in Bloomfield, Essex County.
