The Ya Hern tribal members in the Champasak province of Laos are learning of Jesus and are in need of a place to worship. This will be the first church built for the Ya Hern people. It is a miracle that the local government has approved the construction of this church building! Your donations to this special project will provide a beautiful, furnished church, pastor’s residence, and a deep well. Over 2,000 people will get a chance to hear the Gospel and have opportunity to respond. Join in contributing what you can to our $16,000 goal. Toukta and the Barking Dogs What put a smile on Toukta’s face? Church Planter Souphaluck in Laos came knocking one day and shared Jesus with her and her two little children. Not long before that life-changing visit, Toukta’s father committed suicide in their home. The neighbors shook their heads and said, “Did you hear the dogs howling last night? They see the ghost of your father. Beware!” Toukta learned that Jesus had power to cast out evil spirits and she embraced the idea of being free from fear. A small group came to her home and prayed for God’s protection and cleansing. Now her and her children sleep soundly—and the dogs do too.

Join the Mizo in Indianapolis, IN in reaching their goal of winning 100 to Christ in 2016. They plan to hold four two-week-long evangelism series among the Mizo refugees from Burma next year. They outgrew the worship room they meet in and are need of land and a building. There has been talk of a local mission trip to help them build one once fundraising is complete. Join ASAP church planters Sone and Sue in bringing the beautiful Christmas story to Thai students attending seven Buddhist Temple schools. Sone and Sue have a rare opportunity to freely share because they have been running English programs for the students in three districts. For the first time ever, Buddhist children will get to hear that Jesus came as a baby just to save them and that there is a great controversy over their souls. They are praying that this engaging two-and-a-half hour program will not only plant seeds, but connect them to seekers who will ask to know more about God and His love. God's Exceeding, Abundant Blessing Last year, Mrs. Moe, an ASAP Medical Missionary in Myanmar set a goal of winning ten souls for Christ and seeing 100 patients, but God did exceedingly abundantly above what she asked or thought would be possible. In the last year, Mrs. Moe won 25 souls to Christ and cared for 400 patients. She conducted health seminars and trainings to Adventists, Baptists, and Buddhists in the Chin, Kachin, and Thayawaddy districts to name a few. God used her mightily to not only teach the health message, but break down barriers so the Gospel could be shared during followup evangelistic meetings. What is her secret? Fervent prayer, love, and persevering, hard work! 11

Oh Happy Day! Hi! I am one of Yern Sokha's literacy students. Our district had no rain for many days. Each day we prayed, “Lord, please help us because we do not have enough food to eat.” You see, if there is no rain, our parents have no jobs to plant rice. ASAP was an answer to my prayers. My teacher received funding so she could buy and distribute big yellow bags of rice to her students. I was so happy I cried. We thank Jesus and we thank you! God opened an unlikely way to spread the Gospel in a closed country. We can freely minister to lepers, who are considered outcasts by family and society. Join over 100 selfless volunteers in loving the lepers within 12 of the 600 leper colonies in one of the largest mission fields in the 10/40 window.
